Earlier this week we saw a few photos of Beckham brothers Cruz and Romeo enjoying a lovely afternoon playdate together at a playground here in SoCal on the eve of Cruz‘s 4th birthday. At the time, I guessed that the little guy might be up for having a costume birthday party on his big day and it looks as if I was right. Here are a few photos of the Beckham kids — Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz — with their mother Vicki B. as they made their way into the XMA Martial Arts studio in North Hollywood, CA yesterday for Cruz‘s birthday shindig:

As you can see, the eldest Beckham child Brooklyn has grown too old to play dress-up with his little brothers. You will also note that Cruz, the little birthday diva, had to be photographed in 2 different superhero costumes on his big day. He went into the studio dressed as Wolverine and came out dressed as Iron Man. Romeo, the cool middle child, opted for a classic Batman ensemble for the whole time. Yeah, these kids are SO Beckhams. Incidentally, I should mention that this martial arts studio is just 2 blocks from my old apartment in North Hollywood, CA. It figures, just as I move away the Beckhams come over to play. Much love goes out to Pink reader Francesca who gave me the head’s up that the Beckhams were spotted in NoHo … she writes:

I wanted to let you know that I saw Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria right down the street from my apartment in NOHO…I was driving home when I saw all these paparazzi waiting and I didn’t think anything of it. Then like 3 hours later my friend called and said they were still there so I decided to take a walk. They were there for Victoria’s boys at the Xtreme Martial Arts complex on Lankershim right before Magnolia. On the windows it had a sign that the complex was proud to sponsor Riverside Drive Elementary and all the kids were dressed in superhero costumes. I only managed to get a pic of Victoria from the back because she walked to her car so fast but one of the paparazzi let me take a pic from his camera. It’s funny because even though I saw her in person she didn’t seem real! She didn’t say a word and was very robotic…I didnt think she would be but she was. Her kids are CUTE though! I’m not sure which son walked out in front of her but he was wearing a Beckham jersey and walking like he was the coolest thing haha he had a little attitude!

So fun!!! I’m glad to see that the Beckhams had a great time at their party … and that they deigned to bring a little of their glitz and glamor to North Hollywood. Again, Happy Birthday, Cruz!!!
