Chris Brown Jet Skis His Cares Away In Miami, FL
Apparently, on vacay with Rihanna

Earlier today we learned that Rihanna has reunited with her alleged attacker and boyfriend Chris Brown just weeks after she was reportedly assaulted by him in the early hours of February 8. According to this new report, the pair were spending some time together at one of P. Diddy‘s Miami, FL homes on some sort of holiday … which is evident by these new photos of Chris Brown enjoying himself on one of Diddy‘s jet skis just a few days ago:

Chris Brown had a blast on a jet ski Thursday in Miami, where he’s spending time with Rihanna — the woman he allegedly beat just weeks earlier. Chris — who looks like he’s recreating the wind up leading to the punch that left Rihanna bloodied and bruised — doesn’t seem to have a care in the world. And here’s an interesting tidbit — Rihanna is being shadowed by one of Jay Z’s beefy bodyguards.

Wow. Just … wow. I guess the “drama” is really pretty much settled between Rihanna and Chris — at least on their own personal level. While I think that the LA prosecutor’s office may still seek to charge Chris Brown with an assault charge (or more), I don’t think their case is helped at all by this latest development between Rihanna and Chris. I can even imagine a scenario where this whole ugly matter just goes away in a legal sense. I’m really at a loss, honestly. Do y’all think that this story can get any odder/sadder/worse?

I’m not surprised. An abusive relationship is hard to let go of..i know this from personal experience. They make you believe them and it goes right back to the way it was. Instead of people being mad or saying Rihanna is crazy, it makes more sense to support her decision and be there if things mess up again. Nobody can change her mind but herself.

It’s a lot harder to stop loving someone then it is to start.

It is true that Battered Women’s Syndrome is real, and many people suffer from it. But this isn’t Sally and Bob from down the road, this is a woman who has enormous influence over teens. She chose her career, and she should understand that her decisions send a message.

It’s the same as saying a serial killer has schizophrenia, and then letting him continue on because, oops, hes got a mental disorder.

    @Deb
Just my $.02 but, I don’t think Rihanna’s family is truly supportive of her reunion w/ Chris. How could they be? I think they are putting on a brave face and doing their best to not alienate their daughter. They wont be able to help her if they are estranged from her. And we all know it is very likely she is going to need their help because Chris is not going to change. Most abusers don’t….: (

Oh well. They deserve eachother. Don’t care for either one.

It is what it is I guess. I mean clearly something transpired that night in the car. She had those awful brusies and such and the police and DA want to do something about it so at the very least he hit her. As to what really happened between them we will probably never know. Do I think it’s a good idea to go on vacay with the guy who beat you up? Hell no! I’d tell him where to go shove it and then go do my thing but it’s her life and her decision good or bad. I’m not going to boycott either of them for their decisions because as musicians I appreciate and enjoy their talents. I would hope that she would stand up for herself and tell him to leave her alone but it’s like Tina said “what’s love got to do with it”

Oh and CLEARLY she has not seen that Ike and Tina movie… Tina Turner should call Rihanna and explain reality to her.

Seeing him all smiley like that while he’s under investigation for domestic violence that only transpired three weeks ago literally makes me sick to my stomach.

I don’t judge Rihanna at all for going back to him, because I just think that would be a shitty approach to take, but I definitely do not think she should have. It’s almost guaranteed that he’ll go after her again and she could get REALLY badly hurt next time.

  7. Kiki says:

Puh-Leeeeze….. I always knew RiRi would go back to him. Most women that are beaten by their BFs do. Nothing new, people. Although she is famous she is still a dumb female

  8. JohnnyFilm says:

Some of these comments justifying Chris Brown’s actions are disheartening.

Unless RiRi raped Brown’s mother and beat the living shit out of her, I really can’t think of even one good reason for Brown to physically assault RiRi in such a manner.

I feel so bad for baby girl, thinking that abuse =’s love. Poor thang. Of course, its none of our business, but still, I think its a damn shame. If they were fighting rough before, its not going to change, but that is a lesson they have to figure out on their own. Can you imagine the type of scrutiny they will be under now, should they step out with each other at events? Its going to be pandemonium! Every outfit she wears, any dark makeup, is all going to spark questions and undue (or due) worry. As if they don’t live under a microscope already! Sad, sad, sad.

  10. Nat says:

I completely agree with verodemort. If Rihanna ever wears a shirt that covers her arms, people will immediately think Chris hit her. The same with wearing sunglasses, they’ll think she’s hiding a black eye.
Poor girl. Rumors will be sparked at every angle for them, until finally, they decide to break it off. Sad.

  11. Chella says:

Trent I totally agree with your comment @ P. Iam also upset that she took him back so soon I would have waited to make sure he was really getting some help!!;(

  12. Katie says:

I think this is so, so sad. Forget the whole “not being a role model to girls”- she is more than a role model, she is a HUMAN. Let’s take a step back from the celebrity and look at the real person.
I wished she learned to love herself a bit more and keep people like him out of her life. :(

  13. MissJ says:

I think what people should realize is that there are unfortunately a lot of couples out there who get back together after physical altercations. Maybe now everyone will start investing more time in talking about these issues again.
Didn’t this happen with Josh Brolin and Diane Lane?

  14. Selina says:

To those of you who keep saying the picture of Rihanna was probably fake or doctored, TMZ paid the leak at the police $62,500 for that picture.
You wouldn’t pay that much for something unless you knew it was real.

  15. Betsy says:

Even though no one knows exactly what happened, its obvious that SOMETHING happened and it sends a terrible message to her fans, especially younger girls, who will think that it’s ok to stay with a guy who beats you or that’s normal. If Rhianna doesn’t leave then why would some poor, unconfident person leave? It completely sends the wrong message, I am disappointed in her. And her father for being so supportive.

  16. lis says:

She can do MUCH better. He needs to not be in a relationship for awhile and work on his problems. Hopefully this relationship will end before she gets beat up again.

  17. Kristen says:

This boys arrogance is disgusting. Yep Ri Ri that is your man. You must be soo happy, until the next time his fist hits your face. Fine example you are setting for your young fans.

  18. Janelle says:

since all this happened, i guess they can’t use the ‘we’re just friends’ excuse anymore.

  19. Melissa says:

Okay…so there is two possible explanations to this story:
    a) we really dont know ANYTHING about the situation at hand
    b) she is completely head over heels in love with the guy so whatever he does is deemed acceptable in her mind.

I just hope that it is scenerio “a” and something else excuses her going back to him. I have younger sisters who love Rihanna, and she is a role model to many more young girls as well. If he really did attack her, and she has really been battered by him, it is not only a bad reflection on herself, but it will in turn affect her own personal image and career advancements in the future.

  20. ashley says:

    Ike Turner
    OJ Simspon
    Chris Brown

…let’s hope she gets out of all of this like Tina did and not end up like Nicole.
