On Superbowl Sunday, we were able to see the first teaser trailer for the upcoming Transformers movie sequel Revenge of the Fallen (click HERE if you missed seeing it the first time). But, ahead of showings of the new Friday the 13th remake film (in theaters today), a longer 2-minute trailer is showing in theaters:

Earlier this week we got our first look at former Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day on the cover and in the pages of the March issue of Playboy magazine … last night, Aubrey hooked up with Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner, some of his girlfriends and Paris Hilton (natch) at Apple Lounge for an issue release party for Aubrey’s issue of Playboy … here are a few pics:

Aubrey may not have a career with Danity Kane any longer and I’m pretty certain that P. Diddy won’t be working with her in any capacity in the future … so it’s pretty smart of the lass to cozy up to Hugh Hefner right about now. At the very least, she can have a career at Playboy … well, for the rest of the month, that is. I suspect that Aubrey will take another stab at a music career and may have some success (I gotta admit, I really liked her in DK) but for the meanwhile, she can rely on her nekkidness to pay the bills. And really, according to Aubrey herself, isn’t that was empowerment is all about?

Mandy Moore, who we learned this past Wednesday is newly engaged to be with with rocker Ryan Adams, paid a visit to The Bonnie Hunt Show to tape a new interview (set to air today, check local listings) which was her first since news came out of her plans to get hitched. Bonnie, ever the interviewer with her fingers firmly on the pulse, was among the first to congratulate R-Andy M-Adams on their impending nuptials:

Aww … again, I am so happy for Mandy and Ryan … while I thought they made a very odd pair when I first heard that they were together early last year, the notion of the two of them together is a very sweet one. Ryan is such an incredibly talented artist … I can see how someone like Mandy could inspire him to create amazing art. I really wish nothing but the best to the both of them for a long and happy life together. I’m a fan of them individually and now I’m a really big fan of them together :) Make sure you tune in to The Bonnie Hunt Show to watch Mandy beam about her new engagement to Ryan.

Earlier this week we saw the photos of Madonna and her Brazilian boytoy Jesus Luz lookin’ all steamy in the pages of the new issue of W magazine and earlier this month we saw the first photos of Maddy and Chuy out together in public after dining together (with two of her children) in NYC … and it looks like they’re at it again. Last night, Madonna and Jesus were spotted making their way out of Macelleria in NYC’s Meat Packing District — but this time they made it a point to exit the restaurant separately:

With Valentine’s Day only one day away, it looks like the pair were gettin’ a jumpstart on all their VD fun. While there are many ways to celebrate VD, sharing a meal together is one of the more traditional ways … but there are other, more intimate ways to get in the VD mood and share that certain something with that special someone. The couple may have left the restaurant separately but I’m sure the managed to find their way back to one another at some point later on in the evening. After all … VD only comes once a year. We may not see Madonna and Jesus making a public show of their new relationship over the weekend but I think we can be pretty sure that they’ll deffo be gettin’ their VD on.

And just like that … Whitney Houston packed up her shizz and made her way to LAX Airport to fly back East from whence she came. I, like many of y’all, was very excited when I saw the first pics of Whitney’s arrival in SoCal last week because I thought her arrival in town was the long-awaited signal that she was ready to get to work on that comeback we’ve been hearing about for the past few years … but alas, it appears that isn’t the case (once again) as Whitney has already made her way back home, presumably, to Atlanta, GA. Here are a couple pics of Whitney as she bid adieu to SoCal at LAX yesterday … where she made SURE to show off the blingin’ rocks on her finger as she waved goodbye:

You may recall that Whitney was spotted in the close company of her much younger male friend Ray J on Grammy Night … so we know that the pair are, at the very least, friendly with one another. Is it possible that Ray J is the one responsible for blingin’ out Whitney’s ring finger in such a dazzling way? HMMM. While the whole Whitney hookin’ up with Ray J thing kinda grosses me out, I do love that Whit is still fab enough to generate those kinds of rumors. She is a diva, y’all. In all honesty, I really believe that Whitney is capable of buying her own diamonds with her own money (and she likely paid for this ring by herself) but, even still, you know that she’s still got the magic to make men want to lavish her with jewels. Haters be damned, Whitney is the shizz! I hope she does make good on her promise of a comeback sometime soon … it’s been far too long. I’ll even hook Ms. Thang up with even more bling if it would mean that she’d release some new material. Here’s hopin’ we see Whitney Houston back in Hollywood sometime soon. Y’all come back now, ya hear?

For this unprecedented promotional event – which is too big for one night – the studio has created three special 60-second spots that will air over the course of three nights on FOX. Together, with one spot leading into the next, the spots will form a narrative revealing the origins of Wolverine, and the epic revolution that pits him and other legends of the X-Men universe against powerful forces determined to eliminate them. This is brilliant marketing … capitalizing on the hype and generating buzz this early before the movie actually comes out is a pretty smart gamble. Reports of reshoots have got some hardcore fans worried and it appears that the movie studio is doing everything it can to combat those negative fears by putting out as much new content as they can, as soon as they can to try and stem the tide of the naysayers. On the one hand, they risk giving away too much … on the other hand, they really have a chance to get fanboys excited. And one sure way to get fans excited is to keep teasing with one of the most beloved X-Men of all time (one who has since remained absent from any of the X-Men movies) — Gambit/Remy Etienne LeBeau. BritneySpears.com has been updated with the news that Nine Inch Nails have been rehearsing for their upcoming tour in the same studio that Britney Spears has been rehearsing for her upcoming tour … and apparently, everyone has been cool with sharing the space with each other. Believe it or not, ’tis true. Here is the full scoop from Britney’s official website on this seemingly odd pairing:

Trent Reznor of the Nine Inch Nails is speaking up about sharing a rehearsal facility with Britney while both prepare for their separate tours.

In response, Britney’s manager, Adam Leber, says “Brit has been sharing the same rehearsal space with NIN for the past few weeks and they are getting along famously. Maybe we should ask Trent Reznor to remix Circus?” What do you think, Trent? Up for the challenge?

OMG, this is like my DREAM come true. Nine Inch Nails AND Britney Spears workin’ on their upcoming tours in the same space … in close enough proximity where the seemingly unlikely possibility that in an alternate universe somewhere the two might collaborate in some way?!? I can’t even fathom such a wondrous occurrence to ever take place … but the mere thought that both concert tours are being hatched and practiced in the same place … it kinda, sorta boggles the mind. I suppose it’s possible that one might influence the other in some way … I guess we’ll know for sure when both Britney and NIN hit the road, individually, in the coming weeks. I would, like, die if TR actually deigned to remix a Britney Spears song … I’m pretty sure it would *never* happen but … I guess you never know. What do y’all think … is it possible?
