Vicki B. & The Boys So Some Sightseeing In Italy
Here are a few photos of Victoria Beckham with her sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz enjoying a lovely afternoon of sightseeing in Rome, Italy over the weekend. The family made their way to Italy so that they could be with daddy David Beckham as he played his first game with AC Milan on Italian soil … check ‘em out:
You may recall when last we saw the family all assembled they were in Dubai where Becks was playing his first-ever game with AC Milan but, as you can see, they’ve made their way a bit closer to Becks‘ temporary new home in Italy. I totally LOVE that VB is actually taking photos of her sons with the cheesy Roman centurions near the Colosseum in Rome. We never really get to see her being so … human. It’s a nice look for her, I think. Honestly, tho, I think I’d much prefer to see VB in the centurion helmet … with those shoes, she could totally rock it right.

Respect for wearing those heels on the cobble stones for any length of time. I am a stiletto lover as much as the next girl but touristing around in those shoes would make it a quick tour before I needed to park myself someplace.

Stilettos on cobblestones is agony, trust me. How refreshing it would be to see her walk with her boys while wearing comfortable shoes. Form before function girls!

I don’t ever comment on the Beckhams but this is just hits a nerve with me. I understand she’s famous and in the spotlight but it just seems false to parade around in shoes like that when you are out sightseeing. Really? Can she ever wear some comfortable clothing? To each his own, but really? And don’t even get me started on that Hermes bag. : )

I think it’s amazing she managed to stay upright in those heels on cobblestones. Those little boys look seriously cute in their sunglasses.

im with glo…..you are in italy for gosh sakes. buy some beautiful boots or flats…you seem like a robotic dork wearing spikes. being stylish does not mean looking stupidly out of place. think audrey hepburn…and less stripper mom.

She would have looked more human in more casual clothes and flats! I LOVE my heels, but there’s a time and place for them. Trotting around sightseeing is not the place. I wonder why she does this? I remember the Beckham family visiting Alcratraz a while back and she was dressed to the nines for that excursion too. Surely she’s not that insecure that she can’t be seen as a trendy, casually dressed wife and mother?

I think she has short woman’s complex. I know because I used to have the same problem with tall shoes but I got over it quickly when I realized how much more fun comfy shoes are. Guys don’t really care that much anyways…..

G.K you’re so right. It is freaking cold now in europe. And high heels are sexy, love to wear them myself, but they are killing me when I walk on them for too long. Especially when sightseeing.
We have a place in Amsterdam, called Dam Square, and they have the same stones as on the pictures. When I walk on them with just 2 inch shoes, it can be a pain in the a** already. I don’t know if I have to admire VB for being a tough one or it’s just pure stupidity. I think a mother going out with her kids, should focus on having a fun time with her kids instead of her looks.

I was just in Rome and it’s freezing there, how is it that she can go sightseeing with a short sleeve dress on and not even look cold? Does she have a driver right there and they just pop out of the car quickly? Even so, is there something unfashionable about wearing a coat?
