If she had been nominated for Revolutionary Road I’d say it was a lock for Winslet. But with a nom for The Reader… Streep will eat her alive. Or Hathaway… But I’d rather it go to Streep if it doesn’t go to Winslet.

I believe Brad’s stache is for the movie he’s doin for Quentin Tarentino…but don’t quote me on it. I’m happy for their nom’s but I’m afraid these two cancel each other out because of their big-budget prowess. I’m so pullin for Kate Winslet…this has to be her year!!! Every academy awards ceremony she’s at, the Academy constantly reminds us (and her) that she’s the most nominated with no wins female. This is her year!!! I’d love it if the come-back kid Rourke won…it would be so sweet!!!

I think Sean Penn should win for Milk, but I think that movie’s going to get robbed. Mickey O made a great comeback – but it wasn’t a better acting job than Sean Penn’s. And I liked Slumdog, but I really thought Milk was the better movie by far.
