The Brangelina Bunch Make Their Way To Japan
After enduring another Awards Show shut-out (with feigned smiling faces and empty applause) this past weekend at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt packed up their children (Vivienne Marcheline, Knox Léon, Shiloh Nouvel, Zahara Marley, Pax Thien and Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt) and made their way to Japan where they were greeted by fans at the Narita International Airport earlier today … here are a few photos of the massive family’s grand arrival:
The Jolie-Pitt clan has landed in Japan. Two days after walking the red carpet at Sunday’s Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were spotted — with all six of their kids — at Narita International Airport in Tokyo on Tuesday. Jolie was photographed carrying 6-month-old twin Viv, while Pitt held Knox. Maddox, 7, Zahara, 4, Pax, 5, Shiloh, 2 — who walked alongside their parents — don’t mind all the globetrotting, Jolie recently said. “Our kids are always packing,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “They like to pack; it’s a game in our house. “It can get very hard trying to find 20 minutes to close your eyes if you’ve been up since four in the morning,” Jolie said. “We travel so much, we never have to adjust. We change school time to four in the afternoon if we have to!” The family is expected to settle in New York’s Long Island in March as Jolie shoots the spy thriller Edwin A. Salt.
OMG … these photos of the Jolie-Pitt twins (who were born on July 12, 2008 … which is, incidentally, my birthday as well ;) are so cute! They really do look very much alike … it’s only the unmatching headwear that discerns them from one another (but how cute is it that Brad and Knox are wearing the same hat?!). It’s not totally clear why the family made their way en masse to the Land of the Rising Son but I suspect they’re not in town to collect any awards … Brangelina appears to have some trouble doing that this awards season. In any event, they all look very happy together. Seeing all of these adorable little chubby cheeks seems a great way to start the day!

The cute biological offspring are all going to be gorgeous when they’re grown up. I think they ought to leave it at this amount, though. Angelina is the next Mia Farrow, adopting kids when she seems in need of a “new kid on the block”.

@Debbie and Trent: Well maybe Z always looks pissed because everywhere she goes, there are tons of photographers yelling and screaming and setting off flashes in her eyes. I think that would piss me off too. It must be sooo weird to grow up like this — let’s hope that Brad and Angie can help mold these kids into normal adjusted people, instead of crazy celeb spawn….

The kids look like they’re lost and looking for their 8 nannies. Wow, great photos though! If Brangelina don’t win any awards for acting in movies they should definitely win some for acting like they take care of 6 kids!

Oh c’mon Lucy! Do you honestly think they are not doing a good job as parents or not caring for their kids? If those kids were being raised by their nannies these pics would be totally different, those kids would be running around the airport ignoring brangelina and showing them no respect. My ex was raised by his nanny and has no respect whatsoever for his mother. I have an 18 year old niece that was stupid enough to get pregnant and obviously the kid won’t pay attention to her and disrespects her all the time cos my sister is the one caring for him.
The brangelina bunch spend a lot of time together and I’ve never once seen them out and about with a nanny like I see madonna’s kids or britney’s, madonna’s kids get to go to the zoo with the nanny, geez… while I’ve seen tons of pics of brad or angelina taking the kids to museums, movies, etc. I don’t think it’s fair what you are saying.

I just can´t stop looking at those photos! The whole Brangelina brood is sooo freaking adorable! Knox looks exactly like a miniature version of Brad with that hat! And Viv looks a spitting image of her mum! She´ll be a beauty one day. Shiloh has grown so much. She´s already a big girl. She´ll break a lot of hearts when she grows up. And so will Zahara. She has grown a lot. She has very beautiful face and will most definitely be a model or an actress one day. Mad and Pax are both so big too. Mad looks like a big boy already. He sure is the one who bosses his younger siblings around. Pax has adjusted well into the ever-growing Brangelina brood. Still he looks a little shy in these photos. Or maybe he´s just fed-up because those idiotic paparazzis are following the family´s every step. The shorter haircut looks really good on him. Both twins look a lot like their big sis Shi as a baby. God bless them all!
