Jennifer Hudson Returns To Work
Jennifer Hudson, who has been staying out of the public eye in the weeks since members of her immediate family were slain in Chicago, IL, is slowly resuming work in order to try and move on from the tragic loss of her mother, brother and nephew. It has been reported that J. Hud will be singing the national anthem at this Sunday’s Superbowl in Florida but she’s already gotten some other word taken care of, as well. Jennifer has already filmed scenes for her next music video for her new single If This Isn’t Love … here she is on set:

As you may or may not already know, J. Hud’s self-titled debut album received four Grammy nominations including one for Best R&B Album. I understand that this new music video will debut the week of February 9. After the jump, check out a couple other photos of Jennifer on the set of her music video …

According to US Weekly, the video was scheduled to be filmed late last year but had to be postponed due to her sad family circumstance. I am very happy to see that Jennifer Hudson is slowly getting her life back on track. I cannot imagine the fortitude it takes to recover from such a tragic loss but I am a big fan of her talent and I am happy to know that she is ready to share her gift with us again. Welcome back, J. Hud.

Go Jennifer! I can’t imagine what it was like to endure such a tragic situation. And for her to pick up the pieces again, tells me just how strong of a person she is. I wish her all the best.

God bless this girl. How unreal it must be for her, to come across all this fame and then go through such a tragedy. What a huge high and low. I wish her the absolute best and hope that she can help fill the void of her lost family with pursing her dream. She is truly a star and you know this is just the beginning for her. <3
