JC Chasez Likes To Stay Physically Fit
JC Chasez, former member of the currently disbanded boyband N*Sync and pointless judge on the MTV dance competition series America’s Best Dance Crew, was spied doing a bit of working out at a gym in Hollywood, CA yesterday …
… and by the looks of the faces he was makin’ all the while, it appears that he was pretty serious about gettin’ the job done. I suppose it’s a good idea that he keep up with his work out regimen even tho he’s not really being required to show off his physique … I mean, that N*Sync reunion (that you *know* he’s been prayin’ for for the past few years) is bound to come callin’ sometime soon. JC, as I mentioned, is the judge on MTV’s ABDC who always manages to annoy the hell out of me. He tries to be the “Simon Cowell” of the judges (thereby making Lil’ Mama the much saner but not anymore coherent “Paula Abdul” and Shane Sparks the “Randy Jackson” [without all the yo dawgs]) and fails miserably. His meanness would be bearable if he ever offered any good advice to the competators … but I’m totally digressing. Folks don’t get to hear much from JC anymore so … meh, I guess he’s worth talking about every once-in-a -while. This should tide us over for the next few years, I think.

I always had a soft spot for JC because he always seemed to step up to defend Britney in the press when people were tearing her down. I thought it was nice that he stayed friends with her after the whole big Justin breakup. I never get to watch ABDC much but if he’s that loyal, that counts for more in my book! Also I am pretty sure he works a lot as a songwriter and producer now, so he’s probably doing all right without the NSYNC reunion…

I’d hit it. Or even just watch as he and Chace hit each other. Hopefully with Ed somewhere in the mix. I always thought JC had the best voice out of all of them. Justin is highly overrated.

Trent, I so agree! He annoys me so much in ABDC! I hate how he always says, “it could have been tighter” or “it was all over the place” and this is coming from a guy who learns his material letting other people choreograph his dance moves (or did, in the past). I find it annoying 95% of the dance moves on the show he could never, ever do. Oh, and Monica, I find it sweet that he defends Britney to but sometimes I feel like it feels such need to protect her in the press because he simply wants to be in the press and he knows that it will put him in there. So I guess it is a win win situation, no?

Yeah he annoys me to on ABDC. I really enjoyed the 1st couple of shows w/ out him. I would love to see him get on stage and do the stuff the crews are doing. I might add that routines of ALL of the crews are far more superior than what JC did in NSync!

I don’t know Chase, I don’t get the vibe that JC is some kind of media whore. He seems like a genuine guy to me. I’ve heard him say kind words about other people he has worked with, most recently David Archuleta from American Idol, so maybe he’s just nice. That was always my issue with Justin – he always seemed to buy into his own hype and was quick to sell people out. The biggest one being Britney of course but also the whole Superbowl drama with Janet and a couple of other instances. Like I said before, loyalty goes a long way in my book!

I agree with Lyndyloo, when is he gonna fess up and bust-out the closet door? The boy ain’t fooling anybody. That’ll at least gets tens of people talking about him again. :-P

I agree with xoxo, JC seems to be the only one that gives any kind of constructive criticism and he is not biased like the other two towards certain crews unlike Shane and Lil’Mama all through season 2

LOL it’s so funny you put him on here. My friends and I recently had a laugh fest at his video “All Day Long I Think About Sex” and soon it spread throughout my school. I guess he made it in 2004, but of course, we never saw it.

JC isnt that bad on ABDC, he gives people constructive critiscism while the other 2 judges always try and make it about hip hop. He seems like a nice guy in person, i met him once in Orlando and he was pretty sweet
