GyllenSpoon Cheer On The LA Lakers
When last we saw lovebirds Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon the couple had sneaked off to Ojai, CA to do whatever it is that they do when they are together … but last night, the pair were spotted sitting courtside at the Staples Center in downtown LA where they were spied cheering on the LA Lakers … behold:
Actors Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal found a novel way of banishing the post-Christmas blues yesterday by watching a basketball game hand-in-hand. The couple appeared to be having a whale of a time as they cheered on the L.A. Lakers as the team played the Portland Trailblazers in Los Angeles. Witherspoon, 32, and Gyllenhaal, 28, clearly enjoy each other’s company as they spent most of the match laughing together. Seated in the front row next to movie mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg the pair watched the Lakers beat their rivals 100-86 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Oscar winner Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal, who met on the set of Rendition, have been dating since April 2007. The Walk The Line actress is divorced from actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children, Ava and Deacon. Witherspoon recently admitted she’s not sure if she wants to marry again. She said: “I don’t think about it much… it’s important to stay open to whatever your relationship evolves into. I have a certain idea of what I thought marriage is and the whole life and [the way] things are, and sometimes it doesn’t work out that way. There are things in my life that are hard to reconcile, like divorce. Sometimes it is very difficult to make sense of how it could possibly happen. At the moment, I am not far enough out of being married to think about doing it again.”
Yack! I dunno if I’d be able to handle it if these two actually got hitched. I like them very much as pals who hang around together and nothing more. I don’t mind a Lakers game or two but the thought of GyllenSpoon taking their relationship into holy matrimony is where I draw the line. No way. No how. I won’t stand for it. Nope.

All I keep reading is how he is the infamous “Toothy Tile” (i.e. gay). I wonder if/when he’ll come out??? And thus, bring an end to this sham of a relationship.

He is sooooo not gay. He was with Kirsten Dunst for a while and if he is a gay man…she has confirmed that he gives it to the women good. So, just sayin’…

I’m not getting into this gay/straight debate because I promise you it will lead no where on a blog comment board.
I <3 these two together. They may be boring, but they’re a really well-matched couple! I watched a rerun of an ep of Leno with Reese. I completely forgot how cute she is! She’s so quiet, but her little stories and jokes about her kids were totally adorable.

Hollywood have no use for openly gay actors.
Reese and Jake are dull PR couple.
They use paparazzi for the photo ops all the time, even in Morocco desert.

Reese is gorgeous (so is Jake).
I can’t believe people think THIS is a bad match when you have LL & Sam, Jen and John Mayer (WTF), etc., etc. roaming around.
I refuse to believe that Reese would let Jake pick her kids up from school or spend time with them period if this was a sham. She appears to be Hollywood mom that actually cares about her kids.
