First Listen: Kelly Clarkson, ‘My Life Would Suck Without You’
Z100 radio in NYC debuted Kelly Clarkson’s new single My Life Would Suck Without You, which will appear on her upcoming album All I Ever Wanted, this morning and now the song is available for streaming online … check it out:
Kelly Clarkson is a singing a new tune. The singer premiered her latest single “My Life Would Suck Without You” on Elvis Duran’s Z100 radio show Tuesday morning, and PEOPLE.com has a stream of the song. The tune comes from Clarkson’s latest album, All I Ever Wanted, due March 17. The love song finds Clarkson back firmly in power-pop territory after releasing 2007’s dark My December, which was released to mixed reviews. All I Ever Wanted is the former American Idol champ’s fourth studio album.
The song is quick little ditty and it is upbeat as hell! For me, it has that Since U Been Gone feeling and will, most likely, get a lot of radio and club play. I’ve already listened to it about 5 times, it’s a catchy little number. Check out now! Do y’all like? Will this be a big hit for our girl Kelly Clarkson?

I’ve loved Kelly since she was on American Idol and hit the high note in “Respect.” I even liked that last piece of shit album she released. I give her so much props for taking her music in this direction and working IT OUT!
I can see all the gays bouncing up and down, shirtless at the next White Party lip-synching as we speak. This song is so good it doesnt even need a remix.

catchy as hell. “Since You Been Gone” meets the Killers electro/pop goodness. Thanks Max Martin & Dr. Luke. However, hope this was a simple compromise for Clive Davis — it would be awful if Kelly got away from her introspective song writing abilities from “My December.”

It’s a catchy little tune. I would probably never give it a listen without Kelly’s fabulous vocals, I personally cannot stand Max Martin and Dr. Luke. However, Kelly kept her word as she always does and gave them a few songs on her 4th album. I would almost bet it will be the last two songs they ever work on with Kelly. I know it’s going to be spinning in every dance club across America by the weekend that’s for sure. It has that same formulaic beat that sells sells sells…but it is not artistically anywhere close to her 3rd album My December.

i have had this on repeat for about 2 hours. I LOVE IT!
i love kelly clarkson. she is amazing. granted it doesn’t sound like she really wrote it as it is a lot different to all her other songs but i love everything she does. even that tacky movie from justin to kelly, ha ha! she has one of the most amazing voices out of all the poppy artists i think, she doesn’t need anything to enhance her vocals like most do. kelly clarkson is sweet!!
