gokarm, i think if anyone needs to tone down the unrecognisable celebrity airbrushing, its cosmo. anyway, vogue covergirls shouldnt be celebrities anyway, they should be the supermodels. thats MY problem with US vogue anyway! anna needs a bit more of carine in her.

I’m getting SO tired of Vogue cover girls being unrecognizable as themselves. If you’re featuring a celebrity, then feature the celebrity as she is. Otherwise, photoshop your generic supermodels and focus on fashion.

I have never seen an episode of Gossip Girls and I think Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants is one of the cheesiest worst movies I have ever had the displeasure of watching, but I have always found her stunning. I love that she has a real body and her hair is just to die for.

Blake is beautiful this cannot be denied. But Leighton is the real beauty on that show. And Blakes voice is like nails on a chalkboard for me.

Yeah…these are terrible but they’re not great either. I really hate the lipstick & the rest is pretty but kind of meh. I like the last photo the best, at least she’s got her mouth closed & the lipstick looks red & not orange =)

I think the photos are very pretty, but they don’t seem to suit her. I love the whole Hollywood glam type thing, but not so much on Blake.

Plus I reeeeeally wish she would close her mouth. Just saying.

I agree with what a lot of people wrote. The pictures and she are very beautiful, but she just doesn’t seem to have the personality to match this look. It seems too old for her, which somehow makes the whole thing seem a little annoying.

I just watched this movie with Rachel McAdams called “Married Life” and it’s kinda eerie how similar they look. Platinum blonde hair, bright red lipstick, 50′s-like curls…I think this calls for a Beyotch stole my look!!

i think the photos are nice but they aren’t doing it for me. i don’t think many people can pull off that old hollywood glamour thing. it’s a hard look to pull off and she just doesn’t. on another note, GG isn’t a show i watch but wish i had gotten into

Blake is beautiful, fashion foward, and has done some movies-I totally get why she is on the cover of Vogue, however I would like to see more of Leighten Meester “Blair” as well because I think she is fantastic on the show!

@ Jill, I had the same feeling when I looked at these pictures. They are nice pictures but it feels like she is trying way to hard to be sexy and classy, especially the first one. Maybe I’m just used to her always being silly and flashing a smile??

you know, these photos do nothing for me. yes, they’re pretty, and if they were pics featuring an unknown model they’d be fine. But Blake has such a great personality that shines through in her style and her smile, and neither of those are featured here. The style seems forced, like everyone is trying too hard. I say boo.

She is a hottie for sure but I don’t really care for most of the cast of this show. She also bugged me at the Golden Globes for some reason.
