Yesterday was my last day of bachelorhood for 2009 as David is due to arrive from his Florida Xmas vacay in about an hour but I did make the most of my solitude. Lots of reading, lots of movie watching. I got roped into watching Rosemary’s Baby, Hackers and one of my fave movies of all time, The Craft:

I have prolly seen The Craft at least a 100 times or more. I remember when it came out in theaters, I think I saw it a few times on the big screen and then wore out my VHS copy of the movie before getting my hands on a DVD. To say that the film had a profound effect on me would be an understatement. The soundtrack is seriously one of the best of the 90′s … ah, it was nice to see the movie again last night.
But, I must be off to the airport now to pick up my boo. I’m glad he’s getting in so early because we’ll be able to spend the day together. Who know what adventures we’ll get up to today. We are heading into the final days of 2009, the final days of the 00′s … make the most of them. There’s a brave new 2010 out there and I cannot WAIT for it’s arrival :)

This was the first scary movie I had ever seen.. watched it when I was about 9.
and it scared the pants off of me.
I still can’t look at bathroom drains the same way.
Ditto that, I have watched the VHS over 100x also and definitely need to purchase the DVD ASAP.
haha i love this movie, when they fly in through the window like crazy hos, that was intense :P
oh my gosh… watched tha tmovie over and over. it’s so bad ass!
@cherr – “still can’t look at bathroom drains the same way” LOL! right on.
i can’t watch return to oz without thinking of the craft.
I remember that I was too young to watch it so me and my friend watched it in secret… man I was scared of those snakes and bugs coming out of the toilet! But I still loved this movie xD
Loved the Craft! Yay, your Boo’s back!!
Haha DOO i had to watch it in secret to! And the bugs terrified me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this movie! Deffo a fave. Have a happy new year trent!
I thought I was the only one on the planet that loved this movie. Fairuza Balk is so underrated.
The Craft is def one of my favorite 90′s movies! And hellz yeah, the soundtrack kicks ass!!! That Jewel song rocks, as does the rest of the album. Now ya got me in the mood to go watch the movie now :)
Oooo…Rosemary’s Baby is my ultimate favorite film. So subtle, yet so creepy. Nice choice on viewing for the day.
I heard they are doing a remake! I hope this isn’t true because nothing can beat the original. Seriously, Nancy was scary as shizz!
Everytime I fly this movie goes into my DVD player! I love this film. Top five fav for sure!
