John Mayer spent his Saturday night partying with his friend Rob Dyrdek (of MTV‘s Rob & Big fame) at club MyHouse here in Hollywood, CA last night and it appears that Rob may have had a wee bit too much to drink. Ever the able BFF, John was on hand to help carry his friend out of the club and into their waiting vehicle:
John posted a tweet on his official Twitter profile last night explaining that he went with Rob to the hospital after they left the club … apparently Mr. Dyrdek had to have his stomach pumped and the contents were worthy of applause:
In triage at Cedars with @robdyrdek. When the contents of his stomach hit that silicon bag and we all saw it, we just broke into applause.
You know you’re a good friend when you not only take care to help carry your drunken buddy out of a club and to the hospital but to be there when he gets his stomach pumped … that’s a bro right there. Well done, John!

i don’t know…i have a sneaky suspicion that this is all an act. I saw the vid and he def. looks drunk but these guys are both clowns and like to pull stuff like this all the time. I think they were just pulling a fast one on the paparazzi. I can totally see them scheming this up before they walked out of the door.
and of course a true friend then tweets about it. who needs privacy after such embaressing behavior anyway??
