Vicki B. Does ‘Harpers Bazaar’ Magazine
Also really loves her leather

Vicki B., who has been spending a bit of time in NYC after her recent quick trip to the UK, is back home in SoCal and is also featured on the cover of the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine wherein she talks about (among other things) how she turns into the character of “Victoria Beckham“. HMMM … its’ not quite as ridic as Beyoncé‘s Sasha Fierce nonsense but it sorta has the same stink, no? Here is VB‘s Bazaar mag cover and a portion of her coverstory interview:

Image is so important to Victoria Beckham that she has it down to a science. As for her lab, “It’s funny,” she tells January’s Harper’s Bazaar, on sale Dec. 16, “I go to the gym now.” Once there, “I run four miles a day,” says the “very disciplined” mom of three boys: Brooklyn, 9; Romeo, 6; and Cruz, 3. Then, “I go into hair and makeup, and I turn into ‘Victoria Beckham.’ ” As for what that entails, “I’ll try on all my dresses, and I’ll pick out a handbag, and I’ll put on the shades. I instantly turn into this person, and it sort of feels like a character. And there are so many pictures of it … But it’s a true character because it’s still me.” Most pictures parade her patented pout – dubbed her “Blue Steel” look – though she admits to lightening up: “I have started smiling … I’ve mastered this smirk; it’s a smile that isn’t a smile.” But what hasn’t disappeared are her trademark high heels, though some have deemed them as impractical. “Oh, c’mon,” she insists, “they’re not that hard to walk in … They’re not uncomfortable! [But] you have to go to a sex shop to get this spray to polish them.” As for how she dresses when the paparazzi are not following her, Beckham, 34, says, “I run around the house in a tracksuit sometimes.” Outside the house – where she likes to take walks with her family – is another matter. “If I go to the supermarket looking like shit, that affects my work. I am selling an image. Plus, I have fun with it,” she says. “I tell you, the paparazzi would not be sitting outside if they realized I was the most boring person in Hollywood.”

LOL! Even tho I give the robotic-looking little sprite a bit of a hard time (all the time), I really do love her. VB is really fab and I don’t always make that very clear. Srsly … the “smile that isn’t a smile”?? Brills! Hahahaha! I love how she talks about going “to the supermarket” as if it were an everyday occurrence. That woman has NO NEED to ever set foot inside of a supermarket, period. After the jump, check out a few photos from VB‘s Harper’s Bazaar magazine spread and check out a few pics of her arrival back in LA …

Overall … the photospread is very nice. I like the manwear and the pretty dress with the flowers on it … but the pic with the clear plastic furniture looks really tacky. I can’t believe she’d agree to pose with such fug patio furniture. The full coverstory is a fun read, check it out HERE. Anyways, as I said … I honestly do love the lady (why else would I talk about her almost every day) but she does make it so easy to poke fun at her sometimes. Here are a few pics of Vicki B. making her grand arrival at LAX Airport over the weekend:

I mean — really, Posh? Isn’t this just a wee bit too much black leather? Hahahaha … I bet she squeaks while she walks in this outfit … so funny. Sometimes … she’s just a little to much.

Yes she doesn’t smile because she hates the way it looks. I don’t think she’s putting on a show with this alter ego. Its just being a collected, professional individual in work mode! we all appear that way when we have an important lunch with a client/boss etc

If anything she’s not letting loose and doing stupid things like most the other young/drunk stars rampaging round hollywood. It’s nice that she makes an effort for her viewers!
