Actor Brooke Smith was unceremoniously 'let go' without any warning. There was no resolution for her lesbian character or her relationship with Dr Callie. They just filmed her driving away from the hospital! They are also de-bisexualing another character. ABC wants to eliminate gay storylines ... Ever since Katherine Heigl's comments about the writing, I have thought there was something not quite right, going on behind the scenes of that show ...
