More Photos Of Jennifer Aniston In ‘GQ’ Magazine
Earlier today we got to see the stunning photograph of a very nekkid Jennifer Aniston on the cover of the new issue of GQ magazine. As a result, GQ.com updated their site with the full photoset from Jen’s (empowering?) GQ spead and her coverstory interview in full. Here are a few of photos of Jennifer (wearing a bit more clothing) as well as more portions of her GQ coverstory:
It’s a sunny afternoon in late October, and Jennifer Aniston and I are having lunch inside the bright, modern Beverly Hills home she uses as an office, talking about the 24/7 unscripted drama—call it The Jen Show—whose mobile production unit is parked right out front. Arriving for our meeting, I’d watched three paparazzi SUVs speed by, rip some Grand Theft Auto–style doughnuts in the street, and station their vehicles facing downhill, positioned for pursuit. There seem to be about a half-dozen paps outside—a slow day on the set. Last week’s episode, “The One Where Jen and John Mayer Get Back Together,” drew twenty men who trailed her constantly, jockeying for those exclusive photos of the couple that have fetched as much as $20,000. Today’s crew are just staffers, guys who stalk Aniston full-time for photo agencies like X17. “Yesterday I pulled up to one truck and rolled down my window,” she says, leaning in. “I go, ‘Let me just ask, this is every day? Every day now? Is there a way we could make this a little bit saner?’ It’s just not human to walk around with twenty cars following you—there’s no ease. Maybe they do want you to get all Mariah Carey on yourself and be put into an institution. I miss the days when they hid in the bushes.” There’s an edge to the way Aniston jokes about the public’s obsession with her life, especially when she describes the ill will she harbors for the anonymous parasites who chronicle the burgers she eats, the gas she pumps, the trash she takes out. At one point, I mention that one of the guys out front has a ladder in the back of his 4Runner. “That’s illegal!” she snaps. The ladder, if used to peep over her towering hedges, would violate California privacy law. “I hope he hits something.” She pauses, realizing how that sounds. “It’s terrible when you wish horrible things on other human beings.” Listening to Jen tear into the tabloid circus is entertaining stuff, and for a moment I marvel at just how lucky I am to be inside the iron gate, eating a delicious, Asian-influenced chicken-and-fried-cheese dish with one of the world’s most sought-after women, a woman who has barely talked to the press in two years…until, that is, I remember that I’ve come to Aniston’s office in large part to ask precisely the same sorts of questions—Is this thing with Mayer really going to last? Are you truly over the divorce? Don’t you just fucking hate Angelina?—that the scrum of photographers out front seek to answer with their cameras. Huh. I guess we could talk about Halloween or some shit. But isn’t the tabloid stuff all anyone really wants to know?
Yeah, I don’t know if agreeing to pose for photoshoots like this is going to do much to get people to NOT want to photograph her when she’s out in public but I suppose the woman has got to live her life as she sees fit. I’m always so amazed that celebrities have no problem courting fame in this manner (and really, what other reason does one pose for scantily clad photos like this if not for the attention of others) and, in the very next breath, complain that they are hounded far too much by the media. It makes NO SENSE to me. But again, that’s the game these people play. It seems like this “no means yes” mentality towards fame and fortune is diametrically opposed to the peace, quiet and privacy these celebs claim to want from the public. I mean, really. Again, Jennifer looks utterly amazing in these photos. And I fully expect for the unwanted attention she gets from the paps to escalate … I mean, photos like this are meant to create buzz and watercooler talk … right? Buzz away!

Not a fan of Jennifer Aniston. She bugs the hell out of me. I really don’t even think she is cute. If it weren’t for her long hair she would look ridiculous. Her jawline is humongous. I am tired of the comparison of her and Angelina Jolie too. There is absolutely no comparison people.

So when Jennifer Anniston does photo shoots where she wants to look sexy that equals desperation, but when Angelina Jolie gives photo shoots, interviews bragging that she snagged a married man it is insightful? I think she’s giving us all what we’ve wanted since the divorce – candid interviews and pics of her hot bod. I don’t see why that should increase her expectation of paparazzi harassment…? She’s giving it all…there’s nothing left. If anything, this should encourage the paparazzi to back the fuck off! Same as Brit…with all of her recent appearances and candid interviews, I think her hope is also that the paps will back off and give her some space since the ‘mystery’ is gone. I think they both have every right to a pap-free life.

I think she looks amazing in these pics, and I LOVE that she is being so open and honest in her interviews lately. Also, it makes perfect sense to me that celebrities (like Jen) are comfortable and okay with seeking out interviews with legit reporters and don’t mind posing for professional and scheduled photo shoots, but at the same time are annoyed with paparazzi who want to follow them around, get in their faces, and take photographs of them drinking coffee and pumping gas. I think most celebs understand that it comes with the territory, but it doesn’t make it any easier to ignore. I’m sure she’s just amazed at the lengths that the paps go to in order to get a candid photo. Personally, I’m much more interested in hearing what celebs have to say and seeing the photos taken by professional photographers, rather than the candid/boring photos of them walking down the street.

Trent – the difference between doing a shoot like this and being photogrpahed by the paparazzi is that in this GQ shoot, she’s in control. She agrees to be photographed on a given day at a given time and probably has quite a lot of say over how the photos look. Being captured by the paprazzi is totally out of her control – though she should expect it, given her celebrity.

Tricia – I understand the difference but shoots like these, whether the celeb is in control or not, ramp up the attention. These pics are on the net today, I fully expect the paps to be out in full force to photograph her tonight, tomorrow and all weekend long. I agree with Trisha up there. There is a huge difference between putting your image/self out there is ways and places you choose, to being stalked by the paparazzi outside her house by creepy men with ladders. I know that is how it goes these days, but there is a difference. She looks hot!

I used to like Angie much more, but not anymore. She’s annoying as hell. But these pics smell of Marley and Me desperation..I don’t know what Jennifer is trying to accomplish here. It’s not working, but it’s nice to say ‘fu*k it’ and go for it. Jennifer is cute, not gorgeous, but cute. She’s 39 and doesn’t care what anyone thinks. She will probably age better than Angie too..given that she has no kids, is single, and doesn’t have to rely on amazing looks to get her anywhere.

I have to agree with the “desperate” comments…but she looks great! I thought the whole thing with the Brangelina kids was pretty tacky–you don’t use your ex’s kids for publicity. I’m sorry but I don’t get how you don’t understand wanting to have CONTROL over when and where you are photographed. And being in control of the information the public gets on you. Contrary to popular belief, we really aren’t owed anything more than a celeb is willing to give. I mean don’t get me wrong, I love celeb gossip as much as the next girl, but I also understand that celebs are real people. I also understand that being in the public eye is the life a celebrity chooses, but its only recently that your every move is out in the press 10 minutes after it happens.
And I’m probably going to get crap for this, but saying that a celebrity doing a sexy photoshoot in a mag is asking the paps to follow her is like saying a girl is a short skirt wants to get sexually assaulted.

For years they’ve claimed they fell in love after the breakup but now that claim has changed.They say they fell in love during filming Mr.&Mrs. Smith but he didn’t leave Jen till the next year.There’s nothing anybody can say to make me believe they weren’t sneaking around during that time. He stayed in a bad marraige for longer than he needed to like he was just waiting for a time when he wouldn’t have to be alone to leave. That makes him a coward. She messed around with a married man that makes her a whore. Lets be honest Jen was never considered cream of the crop when it came to movies. I never considered her amazingly gorgeous, but she has a normal girl next door face with a bangin body.
Countless actresses pose next to nude nearing the opening of a new film. (Angelina has done it. Is she desperate?)
The photos are tastefully done. There is nothing trashy about them. So, I don’t understand why anyone would consider this spread an act of desperation unless they are jealous or firmly planted in the Brad and Angelina camp. I crinch to even mention them as well, because this whole “Brangelina” vs Jennifer nonsense is completely media made. Is she entitled to hard feelings? FUCK yes. It has to be hard to have the “power couple” all over the media, with Angelina talking about how blissed out she is, how great Brad and her are together, and telling the world that he was falling in love with her while his wife was none the wiser.
They were married, public eye or not that means something and that had to hurt for a long while, but she has moved on. The media won’t let her forget it or let us forget it and they continue to paint her as this jilted ex who is still hanging on and that really sucks for her, because I imagine all she is trying to do is live her life and leave the past in the past.
As far as the paps go, I can sympathize with real actors, actresses, and performers who did not get into this line of work for the fame and attention. And after what the media did with her divorce and what they still do in rags like In Touch(because obviously they have succeeded in turning her into a whiney “desperate” victim with some of you) I don’t blame her for wanting them out of her face.

If she would stop taking the bait and answering the questions, eventually they would stop asking. Just say that it is none of their business and move on.
Problem is, given her lack of versatile talent (sorry, but it is true) and hit movies, commenting on her ex, dating John Mayer, and these new nud-ish pics are, unfortch, the only things keeping the public’s attention.
I also agree with numerous posters- regardless of how great her body looks, these pics seem forced and desperate. Try coming out with a buzz-worthy acting performance instead.

I really think it says something about the state of our country when you are suppose to just “get over” the collapse of your marriage. They got married and were in love. Maybe the marriage was falling apart, but it’s a MARRIAGE. You are vowing to be together forever, and some people take those vows seriously. It’s not like Angelina stole her prom date. So honestly she has every right to be angry, and hurt over it.
I also guarantee that even if Jen did fall head over heels for someone else, and got remarried the headlines would read “Jen’s Revenge: How Finding Love Helped her Stick it to Brangelina One Last Time.” It’s amazing to me how easily we believe everything we read in the tabs. i remember the days when people took tabloids with a grain of sand.

Jen looks pretty but I don’t get why she did this type of photoshoot. But like people wrote on here, I think she’s just enjoying the shape she is in and is at a point that it’s like “d*mned if I do, d*mned if I don’t”…which is unfortunately where our sweetheart seems to be in the media..people complained she was depressed or whatever when she wouldn’t open up about Brad’s cheating self and when she does speak up (in the mildest of ways..”uncool” is not really like fighting words) she is now “desperate” and not moving on. WHATEVER. Brad and Angelina are the ones who should be getting punishment from the media, not Jen..she was the victim in that relationship and somehow it’s Brad and Angelina who came out unscathed. Insane. I think Angelina is a manipulative punk who’s image she keeps trying to maintain even though it’s all crafted and she’s still a sly and coniving person (think like a SNAKE)..she seems incredibly capable of pulling wool over a lot of people’s eyes..because that’s what she’s done to have so many fans of her and Brad. I will never like those losers! I wholeheartedly agree. Aside from Pink is the New Blog I don’t read any celeb magazines. You can really see how popular they’ve become and it is very telling about the state of our country.
People are reading these stories and picking sides like they are watching a soap opera and not seeing snippets of real peoples lives-snippets that are taken out of context and moments that they would rather forget and move on from.
Jen has been dealt a harsh blow, and it is unfair and so shocking and disheartening to see so many people feeding into what the media has turned her into yelling team Brangelina when they have both admitted to at least an emotional affair while Pitt was still married. How is she the bad guy? How is going on with her career as she sees fit desperate and why does her career have to be compared to Angelina’s as though that makes what Angelina did okay?
It wasn’t a marriage on television. These two people vowed forever and Aniston got her heart broken in the worst possible way in the public eye which has to be worse-especially now with Pitt and Jolie saying they fell in love on set with Aniston none the wiser. And people want to call her desperate because she is doing something that hundreds of starlets including Angelina have done before her. And she has stripped down to her skivvies before. This is not the first time. It really makes me sad and kind of sick.
People are quick to shrug their shoulders when an actor or actress complains about the paparazzi when the fact of the matter is they did not sign up for the explosion of this particular branch of the media industry. It has not always been like this. Like Jen said she missed the days of paps hiding in the bushes. What about Princess Diana? She never did a spread for Maxim or GQ and she was hounded until the day that she died. Did she sign up for that?
Money and glamour are not a fair trade off when you can’t go to the grocery store with your child without twenty cameras following and crowding around you. No wonder Britney went nuts. I would too. I think she looks great and good for her for having the kind of body at 40 that she can pose for photos like this. Why is it that she’s getting all the flack but when Angelina does anything it’s all golden???
As for the paparazzi, there should be a stalking law put in place. Yes they are public figures but there are limits to what people should be allowed to do when trying to get a photograph. These people like X17 and others are no better than bounty hunters and should be charged before another celebrity (like Diana) dies in a horrific way being chased by these money hungry parasites. I would gladly support a bill that protects the celebrities and their families from being intruded on in their daily lives like this. I have no problem if they are being photographed, etc when they are on a press junket but other than that…leave them alone!!!!!

I honestly don’t mind the relationship the papparazzi have with their celebrity fixations but it SHOULD be heavily regulated. If the papparazzi were legally confined to certain streets and events, we’d still get our lohan/hilton, richie fix, but people like Aniston who clearly don’t want the negative attention will have an easier time staying away from it.
Oh, and about the nudity, the woman is 40 and has every right to be friggin’ proud of that body of hers. Again, the photo shoot was HER choice and she had fun with it. Good for her. It’s too bad people can’t differentiate between intrusive papparazzi shots and an organized, professional photo shoot. There IS a difference. Good on ya’ Jen, keep it up!

Good point Mandy. Britney was naked in the Womanizer video, yet complained about 30 cars parked outside of her house. Yet we all feel compassion for her desires to be left alone…why is it any different?

Ah…a lot of jealousy I’m reading! WISHING you had her body, fame, and fortune! If this is all Jennifer Anniston does for a little bit of attention, then good for her! At least she isn’t a homewrecking, husband stealing, psychopath that makes out with her brother, and daddy, and god knows who else for attention! You know that Angelina is only “adding to her brood” with all these kids for attention from none other than you all! Talk about desperate!

I cannot stand Angelina and couldn’t even before she showed her true home wrecking colors. She looks like she belongs barfoot and pregnant in a trailor in south Georgia. Jennifer has always maintained a level of class and control of herself and I love that about her. She was hysterical on Friends and in her movies. If you will notice, no other celebrity has anything bad to say about her. She seems like a real person. And honestly, if someone had stolen my husband I would be saying A LOT more about her. In fact, I’m pretty sure I would say them to her face. I think it is utterly ridiculous that she gets all this negative attention for being GORGEOUS and HAPPY in her own skin. I love her. She’s awesome and Angie needs to stay in France.

Getting married isn’t like going steady. There is a reason it is such a big deal for many people. When two people get married that means they belong to each other and when someone else comes along, knowing full well that a man belongs to his wife, that person should respect the fact that they made those vows to each other no matter what her heart is telling her.
Persuing a married man is taking something that doesn’t belong to you.
Hopefully, you will never have to find that out what husband-stealing really means.

Though Jennifer is an attractive woman, she’s not very intelligent … this comes through loud and clear in any of her interviews. She’s not very articulate when she speaks. She comes across as a dumb blond. These semi-nude photos just prove how shallow she is as a person. I think she’s less private these days b/c John Mayer is rubbing off on her. He’s more of a public type of person, so I think he’s encouraging all of this nonsense as of late. As for Brad, he’s more well-suited to Angelina who is much less self-absorbed … so things worked out the way they were supposed to.
