Mayerston Reunite After Xmas
Jennifer Aniston may have spent her Xmas Even with her BFF Courteney Cox-Arquette and family but it was a different story after Xmas was over. Here are pics of Jen with her beau John Mayer as they tried to slip out unnoticed from a quiet dinner together at Wolfgang last night in LA:
Mayerston spent Xmas apart as John stayed on the East Coast while Jen was chillin’ with the Cox-Arquettes. But, clearly, the pair cannot remain apart for long … they hooked up as soon as they could in SoCal after the Xmas biz was finished. I’m sure the pair were celebrating the release of Jen’s new Xmas movie Marley and Me … and perhaps the news that her movie beat ex-hubby Brad Pitt’s Xmas release The Curious Case of Benjamin Button at the box office … not that anyone was keeping track of such things. Incidentally, both movies set new records for the top 2 highest single-day grossing films to be released on Xmas Day. Not too shabby … methinks that Mayerston will be celebrating all weekend long.

John flew in yesterday with his brothers, methinks new year’s eve is gonna be a family afair for Mayerston.

Yeah great for Jen, being with a guy that brags to the paparazzi about how he dumped her!
Benjamin Button played in LESS theaters, had a longer playing time and wasn’t marketed towards kids.
Brad has also received golden globe, sag and critic choice nominations while Jen gets ZERO noms.
Whereas marley was marketed to kids even thought THE DOG DIES and probably made kids very upset!

give me a fucking break, Maley and me was shown in more cinemas because, jen is simply more popular than him.
people like her, you can’t twist that one, like it or not, she has a hit under her belt and her stock in hollywood is rising, not bad for a woman who is nearly 40.
let this be a lesson to all womwn, never despear, your day will come one day, age only makes you wiser.
I will be seeing brad’s movie because i’m a huge fincher fan but also because i think it’s a good movie, but i won’t be paying to see it, i’ll wait till i can download it for free.

What has that got to do with anything…The movie was base on a true story….The movie sucks I’m from Louisiana. Brad uses New Orleans for his little games he plays. Marley was a good movie . A true story…And by the way the reason it didn’t open up in all theaters…IT’S a BOMB …..It has already drop to #3

I find it ridiculous that everyone is comparing both movies when they are totally different. The only thing they have in common is that there released on the same day.
Who cares if Jennifer didn’t get any nominations? Marley & Me isn’t really a film that gets associated with big awards like Golden Globe nominations, etc. It’s just a good family film.
Sure, Benjamin Button played in less theaters but if it were the other way around I doubt you would use the same tactic saying against Marley & Me opening in bigger theaters.

Oh.. and James, Marley and me is more than just a family movie, there’s talk that it might have the same effect as Juno and Little Miss Sunshine and might get a late surge and even a best film oscar nomination.#

Marley is a great movie & Jen’s performance shows she can do drama w/out overacting. About relation w/ John—-yeah, I’m back to not believing it again—-John is back to LA w/ his elder brother again & a bodyguard/friend (before the big break-up, John’s brother was around too,was even seen w/ Jen and John at Courtney’s garage). I feel funny about this but hope I am wrong. Anyway, we all know Mayer so it won’t surprise me if another break up happens. In his charity concert in NY, he mentioned he was going away in January when asked when he will come out w/ a new CD. So it gives me a gut feeling…………… too bad, they look really good together, even if I am not really 100% for him—-Jen, there are other guys but who really needs a man to be happy?

i just saw marley & me. it’s sad but there’s a sweetness to it. it’s just about life. it really made me feel better cause i was having a rough day. i loved it!

And I love Mayerston, definitely the best new 2008 couple.
