Jude Law, who has recently been very bizzy shooting scenes for the new Guy Ritchie-directed big screen adaptation of Sherlock Holmes in London in recent months, was spotted over the weekend with his children Rafferty, Rudy and Iris (not pictured) along with ex-wife Sadie Frost on holiday in Brazil. There have been reports in the last few weeks that Jude and Sadie might be working towards a reconciliation since divorcing in 2003. As you may recall, Sadie left Jude after it was discovered that he was cheating on her with Sienna Miller (HMMM, where have I heard that before?). Apparently this South American family vacay is only the latest in a string of amicable activities between the ex-lovers:
Jude Law and Sadie Frost have sparked rumours of a reconciliation after going house-hunting together. The former couple – who divorced in 2003 after six years of marriage – are said to be getting their relationship back on track and have decided to purchase a property to give the four children they raise together a family home in the countryside. A source said: “Jude and Sadie have been getting on fantastically in the past six months. When her business FrostFrench went bust, Jude offered his support in any way. “He decided to help her buy some where in Hampshire, in the countryside, a real family place. They plan to invest together and give their children a truly loving home.” Jude, 35, and Sadie, 43, have also booked a vacation to South America with their kids so they can all spend Christmas together. The source added to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “They have always tried to stay on good terms for the sake of their kids and Christmas is important to both of them. So this year they’re splashing out on a luxury break to Brazil to spend the festive break as a family. “Pals are desperately hoping a romantic reunion is on the cards.” The pair were photographed laughing and looking cosy at an event in London’s Royal Opera House earlier this week, leading to suggestions they have already rekindled their romance.
If you also consider that Jude is celebrating his birthday today with his children and Sadie and, well, it does seem like they are gettin’ awfully close again. I wasn’t too keen on Jude when he was cheatin’ with Sienna so if it turns out that he and Sadie can repair their marriage then I’m all for it — as long as Sadie backs off on trying to get him to shave off his Jude’stache, she’s alright in my book. Mebbe 2009 is the year the couple will officially get back on track.

The two have kept a good friendship for the children. They are typically not photoed together a lot, but they do things like this often, even when Sienna was around.
It is nice to see the parents acting like adults for their children! Maybe for the sake of the kids this family will put the past behind them and move on together!!

Didn’t Jude met Sienna way before his wife filed for separation? Where was it said that Sienna was responsible for the separation?
Jude and Sienna met and got together on the set of Alfie, which started filming 1 month before Jude and Sadie’s divorce was granted. By that time, Sadie already had another boyfriend. Getting with Sienna was not the cause of the divorce. Actually, at the time the divorce was filed, there were rumors that he and Nicole Kidman had an affair on the set of Cold Mountain, which Nicole sued and won damages for (and donated the money to charity). Sadie and Jude have spent the last 3 Christmas holidays together, at least….last year it was Cuba, the year before it was South Africa. After the smoke cleared from the divorce, it’s obvious they are friends, and spending time together with the children, so the children aren’t split between their parents, seems to be very important to them. Other couples could learn this lesson about putting the children first.
Oh, and for the record, I could care less than Jude cheated on Sienna…she’s shown exactly what she’s made of recently, and I don’t think Jude was the only one messing around in that relationship. Also for the record, Sadie messed around with Jude before she was divorced from her first husband and got with Jude.
Jeez, it’s annoying how one tiny feather turns into few dead chicken. No, Jude did not cheat on Sadie with Sienna. No, they’re not getting back together.

can we notleave sienna miller out of jude’s life. he broke up with her over two years ago and none too soon. he and sadie get along famously and he is the most evoted father. sadie is still part of his family. she is the mother of his children.
