It is the wind, look at the sleeves. In the first picture the left sleeve is sideways, which made the front of the skirt go that way, then the second the sleeves are blown up.

Hopefully she thinks it’s funny. I was sitting in a school parking lot one day waiting for my kid to get out of school, when another mom came walking out of the school and she had the whole back part of her dress tucked up inside her underwear. How she could not feel the draft I don’t know, but it was halarious.

I mean…you can tell wind or no wind that in both shots the entire bottom of her dress is see through. You can see her legs in the front. And it definitely looks like the dress is damaged because theres some off-kilter hemline action going on. Maybe her stylist hates her….

The dress wasn’t ripped – the white text says that a breeze caught a ruffle and lifted up that layer (which you can tell by the way the fabric is kind of floating in the second picture). Why it doesn’t have a lining or she wasn’t wearing a slip underneath, I don’t know… And the front does look strange but maybe that part at least was intentional.
