A persons age is irrelevant. I’m just glad Madonna’s finally fixed her hair! That curly boho look (with dark roots) was doing nothing for her. She needs to stick with old Hollywood. She needs to make more of an effort with her everyday appearance – it’s like she’s given up (wearing sweatspants and frumpy comfort clothes everywhere!).

she’s definitely been photoshopped ro within an inch of her life here … i have no problem with a 50-yr-old woman in fashion ads, i think it’s great … but she needs to start acknowleging her age! NO ONE looks that great at 50 so why not just age gracefully instead of hiding behind airbrushing and layers of makeup.

I have nothing against madonna or LV, but i think the shoes are atrocious….the 50 bracelets on each arm looks stupid and the feather skirt thing is ugly.

I can’t believe how many ageists read this blog – how disappointing. I would like to think Madge at 50 would have some sisterly support out there, and hopefully she does, but maybe the supporters aren’t vocal enough.
I love the fishnets – kinda harkens back to the bangles-and-crucifix-boy-toy period. Love the shoes, too.
If I could look EXACTLY like Madonna when I’m 50, then I’ll be a very happy boy ;-)

Gor-geous!!! The bags are whatever (I actually like the second one better!), but the pictures are beautiful. I especially like the second one. I love that kind of glamour. Love it. It gets my imagination going. I’m imagining Edith Piaf drunkenly singing at a nearby table, Toulouse-Latrec around the corner flirting with the dancers, and a group of German cabaret performers loving being in Paris. (Yes, I know these are all different time periods.) Madonna is the world-weary chanteuse who is looking for a beautiful young man to amuse her.

I love this Veronica Lake peekaboo look for her..yes, she is 50. So what? It’s a great thing, to see a 50 yo woman in a huge marketing campaign these days. I am sure these photos have been touched up beyond belief but Maddy in glam is great-reminds me of the Erotica days. The second bag is hideous; besides that, the dress she is wearing she wore to some event in NYC, but in Green. She needs to stop wearing that Bjorkish creation. It’s not cute. Another way for M to pocket more cash. 10 million? Hopefully she’ll put it or some of it to good use.

i think they photoshopped her arms – for sure really. compared to the pics seen after her leaving the gym, they look good here. & i agree w/ the others…..yucky 2nd bag. never.
