Playboy mogul and all-around pimp daddy Hugh Hefner sent out his Xmas card to friends and colleagues this week and proudly showed off his latest accomplishments. As you may recall, Hef hooked up with twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon after breaking off his romantic ties with former girlfriends Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson (I’m not sure the status of his relationship with Bridget Marquardt … I think they’re dunzo as well but I’m not entirely sure) earlier this year and has decided to feature the twins in this year’s holiday card … behold:

It makes sense that Hugh Hefner got into the Christmas spirit this year, with two young ones living at home with him! The Playboy mogul, 82, has sent out his annual holiday card, featuring him with topless, 19-year-old twin girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon. Hefner is dressed in his signature silk robe and pajamas while the twins are scantily clad in shorts with the word “hef” scrawled across their body-painted chests.

Well, at least it’s a fitting card for everyone involved. While I suppose it’s impressive that Hef can still get young girls like this to, er, get bizzy with him I think it’s still a little sad to see the smiling 82 year old standing betwixt these buxom young girls as if they’d really be interested in him if he wasn’t Hugh Hefner. Meh … do your thing, Hef … sad or not, at least you’re livin’ large. Naughty or nice, I think Hef’s gonna have a great XXXmas either way ;)

OY … it is cold, y’all. Altho the temps. here in Detroit rose out of the single digits yesterday, it was still a wee bit too cold for my liking. I managed to spend most of the day inside yesterday getting some work done, trying to stay warm. I did venture out yesterday evening to hang out with my parents. We were chillin’ out for a bit when they broke the news that there was a bit of water damage that seeped its way into some of my boxes in the basement. Honestly, I had an immediate horrible vision of that episode of Friends where all of Monica’s childhood possessions were destroyed due to water damage and I went downstairs to see what was up. Fortunately, the damage wasn’t that bad … unfortunately, some of my beloved cds were ruined … including some of my earliest Nine Inch Nails cds. Thankfully, the ones ruined were ones that could be replaced. I was very relieved to find all of my Tori Amos cds (many of which are signed) were totally safe and unharmed. Let this be a lesson to all y’all that still have possessions stored at your parents’ homes … keep tabs on what’s going on at home ;)

Sarah and I ventured out into the falling snow to have a nice sushi dinner together before coming back to her place to wrap ourselves in blankets to watch A Charlie Brown Xmas … on VHS:

That’s right … Sarah not only has a working VCR but she still uses it from time to time. So quaint. We were happily watching the video until she passed out right around the time that Linus gave his speech about the true meaning of Xmas … and with that, it was time for bed.

This afternoon, I’m having an Xmas Eve dinner with my parents and then I’m toying with the notion of going to midnight mass with Sarah, Adriana and crew. They attended Divine Child High School and have been talking about going back for midnight mass for years now … tonight might be the night. I’ll be sure to Twitter all about it if we make it. Have a very Merry Xmas tonight … here’s hoping that Santa Claus will make all your Xmas wishes come true!

While Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon are off in Aspen, CO celebrating an Xmas tradition of thier own, most of the Beckham bunch made their way out to celeb chef Gordan Ramsey’s eatery Claridges to enjoy Xmas Eve lunch together. For some reason, the eldest Beckham child, Brooklyn, managed to get out of attending this dressy affair but the rest of the Beckhams got themselves all dolled up for the occasion:

Cute little Cruz jazzed up his ensemble by wearing a pair of adorable little reindeer antlers. Both Becks and Romeo looked quite fetching in their snazzy suits. VB was proud to show off her breastplate as it poked thru the skin on her chest. You know, it’s been ages since we’ve seen her look this crazy skinny … I think she looks much more attractive when her bones aren’t protruding from beneath her skin. I assume that the entire family, Brooklyn and all, will be spending Xmax Eve and Day together … here’s hoping all of their holiday wishes come true!

Mariah Carey has a long-standing tradition of spending the holidays in Aspen, Colorado and normally ends up Ho Ho Hoing all by her lonesome (with only her pooch Jack to keep her company) … but now that she’s married, she brought along her much younger husband Nick Cannon to partake of her annual Xmas vacay in the resort town. Here are pics of Mr. & Mrs. Cannon showing off their garish and entirely fugly matching red winter outfits on the streets of Aspen yesterday:

Lord have mercy … I just don’t understand how anyone could look at themselves in the mirror while wearing these outfits and say, Wow, I look great! I love Mimi with all my heart but she looks a right mess in these pics. I’m always amazed that she manages to NOT get chest colds despite the fact that she’s always got her cleavage exposed, no matter what the chilly temps. may be. Nick, bless his heart, just looks like he’s along for the ride … like always. He’s always standing at her side or two steps behind her (usually, he’s two steps behind her) smiling wide like a sweet doofus, just happy to be included in the whirlwind that is Mariah Carey. While I still have a hard time seeing these two as an actual married couple, I’m glad to see that they’ve made it successfully to the end of the year still happily married to one another.

Lindsay Lohan has posted a new blogpost on her official My Space blog where she originally intended to profess her love for and to promote Britney Spears’s new album Circus but inadvertently went off on a tangent wherein she revealed that her father, Michael Lohan, admitted to Lindsay and her family that YES he did, in fact, father an illegitimate child out of wedlock. As you may recall, earlier this year a woman by the name of Kristi Kaufman went to the press with the news that she had a child, Ashley, with Michael Lohan while he was still married to Dina Lohan. At the time, Michael admitted that it was possible that he was the father but would wait until blood tests proved him to be the father before accepting responsibility … and then we heard nothing more about it … until now. Whoa, tangent! Honestly, I totally forgot about Michael Lohan and the rumors of his illegitimate child … I can’t believe that there wasn’t an major follow-up after he agreed to submit to a blood test. Mebbe he just postponed taking the test until just now and there was nothing to follow-up on but … at last we know the truth. Props to Lindsay for taking the time to talk about Britney’s new album … it is a great disc. I’m also glad to know that Lindsay will be spending the holidays with Samantha Ronson in LA this year. There are reports going around that the ladies have been having trubs in their relationship lately so I’m glad to hear that they appear to be working things out. It wouldn’t be a Lohan Xmas without a bit o’ drama … I guess they can always count on daddy Lohan to disappoint. Happy Holidays, Linds!
