NoDoubt.com has been updated with a new black & white promo pic of the newly “reformed” band, an animated image displaying an iChat discussion regarding recording schedules — and talk of a tour — between the band members and a link to their official forum with the heading Band Tour Chat:

It really looks like the band is getting ready to make an announcement of some sort. I understand that No Doubt is planning to release their new album in 2009 … might there be a tour to go along with the album’s release? At this point, the band isn’t give any concrete information at all … just these hints. I suspect ND may play with us a bit longer until they make their announcement — whatever it may be.
