I dvr the show every week and like it. I hope they keep it on, I just cant be home on Friday night to watch it, it has to wait until Saturday morning.

I didn’t know that there were people sending the tubes of lipstick to the NBC execs. I thought of the idea (thinking it was an original but I was wrong). It was just one of the things that I was thinking about…kinda joking about it…glad to see that someone acutally did it. If they start talking about another cancellation scare I will happily start sending tubes myself.

Aidan- I agree that Cashmere Mafia was better. That red-headed actress (can’t think of her name) was awesome! But this is still a fun show! I am SO hoping this is true! I watch is on DVR, as well, so I really hope they are accounting for those of us that do that. I mean, who watches TV on Friday night?

If they switched it back to a weeknight then people could watch it live, but nobody wants to stays home on Friday night just to watch the show. Instead it’s easier just to watch it Saturday morning on DVR.

The problem is, Brooke, until NBC’s advertisers start looking at DVR “ratings”, Lipstick Jungle is NOT basically No. 1.
But I dig the idea of sending in lipsticks as protest – that’s fun! It harkens back to the good ol’ days of Cagney & Lacey getting saved from the CBS chopping block.
