Whoever wrote this is a complete jackass. Its actually a really upbeat and vibrant city, one of my most favorite cities to visit! Family lives there. And Kristin Stewart looks fugly here. Way fug. So apparently the people at Teen Vogue have shitty writers and could care less about how young actresses look on the cover of the mag. What a joke.
