in response to alisa – definitely either dyslexic or completely out of his mind on drugs. i remember he was doing an award show during the writers strike and wrote a speech on cue cards where he misspelled his own name. i think it makes him hotter in a weird way.

Although he’s a great actor, I think his voice is actually quite good, and he could have some major success if he picks the right genre/vocal stylings/time for his album.

If he is quitting for real it is sad news… he is an incredible actor, I both hated him and loved him in Gladiator I thought he was fantastic. He did an amazing job in walk the line and I think he is one of the best actors out there. I wish him luck with his music, but I would much rather see him in the big screen.
Yeah, definitely hot + insane which makes him more hot.

I think he’s hot, hot, hot and nuts, nuts, nuts. This retiremnt isn’t much different than Lance, Michael, Brett, George Foreman, Neil Diamond, Cher, etc.etc.etc. Retirement lasts until boredom or lonliness sets in.

I’ve met Joaquin twice (all business – no story here) and trust me – he’s…..unusual. And highly unpredictable. I suspect he means until he doesn’t anymore if you know what I mean.

He seems a bit erratic in recent years. I hope quitting the business gives him what he needs because he’s a really good actor. I suspect that there are other things he should entertain the idea of quitting as well.
