First Look: Trent Vanegas On LOGO’s ‘Rick & Steve’
A video preview

On Friday I posted a preview screencap of my animated cameo on tomorrow night’s season two premiere episode of Rick & Steve: The Happiest Gay Couple in All of The World and today I get to share with you a short video clip of my appearance in the ep … check it out:

LOL! OMG … it’s soooooo fun, right? I should explain that I did not record my lines with either of the other characters in the clip. I went in on my own and recorded my lines (a few times, actually) and the animators animated me (rockin’ the faux hawk) and the producers put us all together as if we were actually talking to one another. You prolly also noted that my voice uttering my line, “He is so dunzo!” is not actually coming out of my mouth. I’m told that the error has been reported to the producers but it’s unclear if they’ll be able to fix it for the final airing on TV tomorrow. BUT, make sure you tune in to LOGO tomorrow night at 10PM to watch the ep in full to see how I came to make it into the animated world of Rick & Steve :)

Hahaha, that was amazing! I remember listening to an interview you did with Tori Amos (I think?), and thinking “aww, he sounds like such a sweetie”. I don’t get Logo, but I’ll try to catch the ep online. Congrats!

I agree with some of the other people I would totally get the action figure! And I agree with Lulu that it would be cool if sometimes you added a video blog or something. Keep up the good work, and I will be tuning in tonight….I already have my DVR set!

I understand you’re desire to address the issue of a potential distaste for another blogger. But I know i’ve read interviews where you and David have taken issue with his type of blogging, specifically his tactic of “outing” celebrities.

I personally understand why a lot of people wouldn’t care for him. His blog is kind of… crass and messy and definitely childish.

But you don’t have to say anything Trent. No need to start drama on the blogosphere ;) Leave that to the celebs.

  6. Monique says:

ack… i meant *not* address the issue.
