First Look: Paramore, ‘Decode’

Here is our first look at the first single and music video from the official soundtrack from the much-anticipated big screen adaption of the book of the same name Twilight. The song is called Decode and is performed by newish kids on the block Paramore:
Folks outside of the US can see this music video HERE. The music video offers a lot of movie scenes are sure to make the rabid Twilight fans happy … I’m not so sure about the song itself but, that’s just my opinion. The song may take a few listens for me to get on board but as far as how the movie looks … well, this video does offer some of the look and feel of how the movie may play out on the big screen. It deffo has the feel of the great Northwest … do y’all think the vid is a good one or can nothing measure up to the amazingness of Twilight overall?

no word of a lie.. ive been listening to this song on repeat for the past couple weeks.. i looove it!
ive been a fan of paramore for a long time now and to hear that they were writing a song for twilight, my latest obsession, was like the best news everrr!
im so sad i cant watch the video tho because its not available in canada :( ive been searching for it everyday!

I like the song and there wasn’t to many new clips in there that I haven’t seen. I really can’t wait to see the movie…the 21st is so far away it feels like…ahh

I LOVED LOVED LOVED the video! I’m not really a fan of paramore but I am now lol anything Twilight touches I love!! There were maybe two scenes I hadn’t seen before but still amazing! I’ve been listening to this song non-stop for like a month so it was nice to see the video. Oh the soundtrack comes out tomorrow…really excited :) CAN’T WAIT FOR NOVEMBER 21ST!!!

I was very excited about the song since I’ve been a Paramore fan for so long (Its not really new) I Iove the song and music video but I wish there were more clips from the movie. But it was put together well especially how they set it in the same twilight forest.

how the guy is picking up the green things and sticks and stuff in the forest
i think they interpreted the story really well
how those things represented bella’s scent

I absolutly loved the Twilight books.. I’m afraid the movie might be too much cheese. I’m afraid it won’t live up to the books.. the song is okay. What I do love is Bella’s lullaby. It’s gorgeous.

OMJ! (I love Jasper) I can’t wait for this movie. I already got my ticket and going with a group of about 15-20. Tried to see him last night in NYC at the Apple Store but couldn’t, but I did see him run in thru the side door.
The sreaming mob of tween was one of the funniest things I ever saw.

you’re a dumbass. paramore aren’t even CLOSE to being the “new kids on the block”. if you knew anything about them, you’d know that they’ve been a band since 2004. that’s almost 5 years now. i guess the word “new” has been redefined.

Megan, you sound like you need a hug ;) Because Paramore just broke on the scene, I would consider them “newish” kids on the block (as I said). They were just nominated for Best New Artist at the VMAs this year. They may not be new where you are or to you but on the larger scale, I’d say they’re newish. I’ll refrain from calling you a dumbass, tho.

and theyre amazing! they have incredible talent! the lead singer hayley williams is beyond one of the most talented female vocalists out there! she is amazing live! omg!

they actually WEREN’T nominated for best new artist at the VMAs…they were nominated for Best Rock Video. I think you are confusing the VMAs with the Grammys, for which they were nominated for Best New Artist, but that was almost a year ago…..
