He's been showing up too hung over to work all weekend, delaying the production for hours, and making people not be able to see there families. But I guess that's not as bad as him showing up too drunk to work at 7am and everyone who has been there since 4 am setting up has to wait till 1pm for him to sober up. Great guy.
