Zac Efron becomes a man tomorrow when the lad turns 21 years old and he revealed his birthday celebration plans to Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet of the Hollywood premiere of his new movie High School Musical 3: Senior Year which took place at the Galen Center on the campus of the University Of Southern California last night:

Zac Efron says he’s playing it low-key for his 21st birthday this Saturday. “I’m not going Vegas or anything like that,” he told Entertainment Tonight at Thursday’s premiere of High School Musical 3: Senior Year in L.A. “I’m sure I’ll have fun, but we’re not going to go big,” he said of his plans. “I’m going to lay low.” What does Efron’s girlfriend – and HSM costar – Vanessa Hudgens have in store for her beau’s big 2-1? “It’s a surprise,” she told ET. “But a good one!”

Ooh, I love surprises. I’m not sure how much I’m buying this innocent I’m gonna lay low for my 21st birthday bologna that Zac is trying to peddle. The kid is a mega-millionaire and it’s his 21st birthday, y’all. I’m sure the sparks are gonna fly.
