To celebrate, Britney.com has been updated with a few photos that were snapped on the set of the Womanizer video that is set to world premiere this Friday night on ABC‘s 20/20 … behold:

I had Womanizer on my ipod for about a week before I deleted it. It gave me a headache. Honestly, can she sing other songs? They all sound the same and they’re all overly computerized to the point of being unrecognizable. And whoohoo! She took a bath and put on makeup! Lets throw a party!

I like the new single, and hope it does well. She hasn’t had a true #1 (meaning – as reported by Billboard) since her first hit a decade ago. And her recent singles haven’t faired too well on the charts. iTunes doesn’t really count. Yes, it’s great if she hits #1 there and the sales will help propel her up the Billboard charts, but when looking back on her career – it will be the Billboard chart that holds up. Here’s hoping she can reign over the charts. She still has a long way to go to catch up to Mariah and Madonna in terms of overall #1s and top 10 hits.

Britney in less then a decade sold over 80 million albums…. in less time then it took Madonna/Mariah Carey/Celine Dion to reach those figures, whether you like her or not she’s been disgustingly successful. Britney is smart, obviously to still be as popular as she is after all these years and what’s shes been through the past couple of years. Also, Lol@ this being a ‘comeback’..where did Britney ever go?? She took time off to START A FAMILY, she has a huge fan base, only rivaled by Madonna and Michael Jackson(admit it haters). Her concerts are huge, widely successful, and break the bank all the time. We will see on her upcoming world tour, I’d put alot of money that she sells out every single venue, again, great work Britney, love the new song.
