I know I’m commenting kind of late but I just saw it. I loved it personally. Who doesn’t feel like Kym at many family functions? Awkward, uncomfortable, forgotten? I loved the realism and that it made me feel uncomfortable b/c sometimes I need that from a movie.

I thought this movie was pretty terrible and it seemed like the casting person lined up every ugly person possible and gave them a part…minus anne and the girl who played rachel, she was actually very pretty…and the soundtrack is like a 6th grade talent show…speaking of talent shows why was there one in the middle of the movie??? the movie was odd to say the least and i agree about anne’s hair and that she was good but def not oscar good…

That choppy hairstyle that poor Anne has in this movie–UGH! I just want to take a pair of scissors myself and give her a BOB!

I’ve been reading good things about this movie. However, it’s in limited release so I’m going to have to wait until it comes out on Netflix. Great, a good movie like this they don’t show but “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” is killin’ it at the box office. Oh what a world we live in.

I’m so happy you told me it doesn’t have steady cam. It’s physically impossible for me to watch movies that shake, especially on the big screen.
I’ll wait for this one to come on movie central and try to watch it there, cause I really love Anne Hathaway.

ugh…….camera work like Cloverfield makes a movie hard to watch!!! I get they are going for a “feel”……….but come on!! Glad you had a good time………I always look forward to the TV Guide! ;-)
