‘The Hills’: Choose Or Loser
Last night’s episode of The Hills was all about choice — having nothing at all to do with politics … on the Team LC side, Audrina was faced with the decision of having to choose between her ex-boyfriend Cory or her other ex-boyfriend Justin Bobby. On the Team Heidi side, Heidi had to choose between her sister Holly or her boyfriend Spencer:

Generally, I wasn’t really wowed by last night’s episode. In fact, the more recent eps have been a bit snoozy over all … but I was most entertained by the drama that was happening on the Team Heidi side of things. First, tho, let’s get the boring Audrina nonsense out of the way. Audrina Patridge was chosen to open the show with Lauren LC Conrad in order for her to try and show her facial expression abilities. Sorry to say that Audrina is just so wrong for the job of expressionist mainly because the girl is all teeth. Her facial expressions are very limited because of her big choppers … and that is why Whitney Port got her own show and Audrina hasn’t. The drama for her was choosing between all the guys in her life to date. The Colin guy we saw last week is already gone and back again is Aussie Cory. Justin Bobby is still sniffin’ around in order to stay in Audrina’s life … and on the show. The choice seems clear to me but girls sometimes have a hard time picking the nice guy over the bad boy. I found the choice that was presented to Heidi Montag much more entertaining. We saw, again, how much Spencer Pratt loves to besmirch Heidi’s family (the stalker mom thing was kinda funny) and he’s had enough. He basically gave Heidi the ultimatum that if she doesn’t kick her sister Holly out then he will get to steppin’. I cannot tell you how much I HOWLED WITH GLEE when Heidi shut Spencer up by reminding him that he mooched off his sister for 2 months when she kicked him out of their apartment. Spencer was literally speechless. I had to rewind and watch that scene a few times, it was brills. But, in the end, Heidi succumbed to Spencer’s threat and told her sister to pack her shizz and get out of their apartment. Perhaps next week we’ll see a happily reunited Speidi enjoying the quiet comfort of their apartment together and we’ll see Holly Montag living in a cardboard box on Hollywood Blvd. Honestly, I hope something that drastic does occur next week cuz I really want something to sink my teeth into. Sorry to say but the time wasted on Audrina’s problems aren’t really that entertaining. I want more drama … something, anything. C’mon MTV, don’t fail me now. Despite the show’s slowness, what was y’all’s favorite part of last night’s ep?
UPDATE: The industrious kids at ONTD! managed to find screencaps from last night’s ep that seem to show that MTV failed to blur out Audrina’s boobies when she was in the pool … here is one of those screencaps:

I’m always entertained by heidi and spencer. I just have no idea how two people can act the way they do. Ever since Heidi tried to play off that she and spencer had never slept together yet on KISS FM I haven’t been able to take them seriously….we all watched the pregnacy episode where heidi thought she was prego, kind of hard to lie when you take your life!

The stalker part was funny! I was like “HOLY SHIZ, DID HE JUST SAY THAT”. He is truly a tard but he is only doing it because that is his part, and only part, on the show. I also liked when he said he has been moved to sitting in the coffee shop all day instead of the apartment. Heidi and him belong together! I can’t believe she is booting her sister just because captian douche is making her. Typical Heidi–BRAINLESS!! Audrina is getting boring. Who really cares about all the men she gets naked for? I would take that hottie Aussie over that greasy JB anyday! LC was remarkably friendly on this ep. She didn’t say anything rude and said some pretty funny stuff–She is so having sex now! I want more drama too!

Ok did anyone else notice that all the sudden Brody etc. are bff with Justin Bobby? They used to hate him and are now “friends” so they can drag the boy drama into next week when they go to Cabo. Not that I’m complaining because I will totally watch.

i’m right there with maddie, when did justin bobby become bff’s with brody and the boys? did we miss that all of a sudden? i just want justin to be gone for good, gah.
and i totally loved when heidi called out spencer for living with stephanie for two months, oh man i laughed out loud. go heidi….i will never say that again.

I totally agree with Maddie. The boyz used to think he was a loser and besides Justin Bobby is such a tool — why is Audrina still hanging onto him? Obvs Cory is hands down the much better choice. Why isn’t it obvious to Audrina?

Heidi and Spencer are the ones who should get their own show. They are so funny together. And I do find it funny how everyone is bff with JB when they used to make fun of him. But there does need to be major drama on the show, its getting kinda boring.

I wish Heidi’s family would have an intervention with her. They’re being booted out of her life because Spencer doesn’t want them around. Heidi is clearly under his control. She might speak up from time to time as she did last night, but she continues to take action as directed by Spencer. Why won’t she dump him!? It’s so sad.

i liked the episode actually! cory is soooo hot. even justin bobby seemed kinda sexy in the pool scene. heidi’s comeback at spencer was classic.
