The Brangelina Brood Return To The US

Arrive in NYC ahead of the New York Film Festival
October 2nd, 2008

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, with their kiddies in tow, have returned to the US en masse for the first time since the twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Léon were born back on July 12 (ahem, which is my birthday as well ;). Angelina is planning to walk the red carpet at the New York Film Festival this weekend so she decided to pack up all the kids and temporarily relocate the fam to New York. Here are pics of Brad, Ange, Zahara Marley, Shiloh Nouvel and either Vivienne or Knox (presumably Maddox and Pax were with them as well) sneakily making their way into their Manhattan hotel last night:

The Jolie-Pitt bunch is back in the U.S.A. For the first time since the birth of twins Vivienne and Knox, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are in New York City with their kids. Jolie plans to walk the red carpet at the New York Film Festival on Oct. 4 for the premiere of her movie The Changeling, a 1920s-set thriller directed by Clint Eastwood. The couple and their six children set up house last month in a lakeside villa in Berlin, where they are living while Pitt films Quentin Tarantino’s World War II thriller Inglorious Bastards. Pitt, 44, missed the German premiere of his movie Burn After Reading on Oct. 1 to accompany Jolie, 33, back to the States.

It’s unclear how long the Jolie-Pitts plan to stay in the US but I would guess they’re here for some time. I don’t know that Angelina would bring the entire family to NYC if she wasn’t planning on sticking around for a while (after all, she could’ve flown in for the film festival all by herself). While I’m sure the Brangelina brood have been enjoying their time in France, I think it’s great that they’ve returned home to the US, even if for a short time. Welcome home, y’all.

Whoa, it’s been a long time since you’ve posted on them with them being secluded in France and all. I had almost forgotten they existed. Haha.

OMG, look at that beautiful smile on Shilo.

Does anyone think that all this constant traveling around might be having a negative effect on their kids? Just wondering. And with all of the money these people have, can’t they hire someone to show Angelina how to fix little Z’s hair? I feel so sorry for that beautiful little girl! Her hair always looks terrible!!

I wonder how Angelina is doing? We haven’t seen hide nor hair from her in a while……..and being the mom of infant twins is hard business (even if you can afford nannies, etc)…….The first 6 months to a year is BRUTAL! Thankfully my twins are almost 15 years old now!! ;-) Hope she and the kids are all doing well…….I hope all this moving around isn’t detrimental to their need (as children do need) for stability.

Trent why is it that you don’t have tags for Maddox and Pax J-P?

  6. It's Trent, Bitch! Says:

I wonder if all the travelling around isn’t bad too. Maddox and Pax should be in school. I remember when Mad was enrolled into that posh school in NY, but he only went for a few weeks and they left. Poor kids will never have any friends. And you can’t call siblings friends! They need to see that not all families are freaky like theirs.

I think those kids are going to have it really, really tough, especially the adopted ones. Their mom is a crazy ass loose cannon, their dad is mentally checked out, and they have zero stability. The rumors that Maddox and Pax have attitude problems are easy to believe. I feel really sorry for the JP children, and have no respect for their reckless parents.

  10. Joanne Says:

I get the feeling Pax is the forgotten one. There’s always one kid in a large family who’s the after-thought …

Jeez, you people are wound up. I don’t think these kids are going to have it ‘hard’. I don’t think Brad and Angelina seem as messed up as say, some celebrity parents, neither of them has a drug or alcohol problem, they aren’t getting arrested. For the most part their doing a lot of charity work and raising their kids. I think people like to hate on this family simply for the fact that they seem happy together, and their different. Plus, they’ve been in France for over four months now, if not longer, and they might just be in NYC for a couple of days. I think its very unfair to judge people on a couple of images you see of THREE SECONDS of their lives. A lot of kids travel, I am the youngest of nine and have lived in five states, and all over those states. I’m fine, I had a wonderful childhood. I am glad I got to see all that I got to see so young, now I’m set. Different doesn’t always necessarily mean bad.
