Playing Catch Up
The TV Guide

Blah! So I woke up at my usual time this morning only to find out that my Time Warner Cable service was not working. I waited for a little while to see if it would come back from wherever it went to and after a call to customer service, I decided I had to find my way to the Information Superhighway elsewhere. I spent all of this morning at my closest Starbucks … which is kind of annoying but ended up not being so bad. It’s a newer coffee shop and was bustling with people so it really wasn’t too bad a situation to work in. Unfortch, tho, it put me behind schedule … I still have work to get done for today so it’s coming. I’m home again and my cable Internet is working again … hurray!

Last night, Josh and I were gonna catch a movie but since he is a fabulously in demand hair stylist, his appointments ran late and we had to postpone. We’re hanging out on Saturday instead. Tonight, I’m going to finally see 9 to 5: The Musical at the Ahmanson Theater here in LA. I’ve heard mixed things about the show, to be honest but I’m keeping an open mind. And now … back to work.

Hey! A friend of mine from high school, Charlie Pollack, is in the show playing Doralee’s husband. I have to wait until the show comes to NYC before I can see it, so I would love a report!

I was going to see that show tonight but after reading reviews I opted to parlay the money into seeing Wicked one more time.

I feel like I am on the phone with TWC every other week. o_0
I’m glad it’s up and working again for you. Their call center is really hit or miss, I think; sometimes it’s the nicest person and sometimes it is the most unpleasant person.
