Well … it looks like the secret’s out. 14-time Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps appears to have finally gotten himself (or it has been revealed that he’s had) a girlfriend in Miss California runner-up Nicole Johnson. You may recall that Phelpsie would not confirm to People magazine that he had a girlfriend in his life … but it looks like the cat is out of the bag. Either he suddenly found the time to take on a girlfriend or he’s been keepin’ this lovely lady underwraps for some time. Here is a pic of Phelpsie and Nicole as they made their way thru Logan International Airport in Boston, MA yesterday — note how they appeared to keep a bit of distance between them perhaps in an attempt to throw us off the trail of their lurve:

Yep, they sure look coupley to me. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire … and where there’s a young hormonal Olympic athlete, there’s oftentimes a beauty queen contestant close by to help pass the time. Methinks that there’s a bit o’ lurvin’ going on between these two … but, of course, it’s merely speculation on my part. What do y’all think?
