I understand “Brenna’s” point. It’s just exhausting sometimes to hear people so passionate about an animal, a plant, a fungus, a river, etc…but where are all the celebrities who are passionate about saving a human life? We have the occasional Angelina, but 99% of them will scream and preach about the ozone before they’d give half a sentiment about a child.

this is fantastic stuff – i truly admire Hayden. I had the good fortune to meet her recently at the Vancouver Aquarium and saw first hand how much she cares about and respects marine mammals. She is truly committed to conservation of these species and I do think you could be correct in pondering a political future for this very bright young woman.
I hope more people are inspired to support this cause by seeing her be so active with it. Thanks Trent for publicizing this event.
