Every American Voter’s Worst Nightmare
EEEEEEEEEK!

Yesterday I blogged that I have been fortunate enough to get an early look at this year’s Treehouse of Horror XIX Simpson’s Halloween Special that will air on FOX on Sunday November 2 at 8pm. I mentioned that the ep is NOT TO BE MISSED and I cited the very funny political vignette that opens the episode. It turns out that the political vignette that I was talking about has already made its way to the InterWeb … which I present to y’all here for your viewing pleasure:

OMG, seriously HORRIFYING! As you can tell by this very funny video, this year’s Simpson’s Halloween Special is really great. Make sure you tune in/set those DVRs on November 2 to catch this ep. I promise, it’s a must see :)

“OH Homey…” What’s funny is they did a very similar shtick on the new David Allen Grier show, Chocolate News, just last night!!! Although, I thought the Chocolate News version was much funnier.

The Simpsons are reflecting the American society… They’re reveilling the truth about the fact of the voting box thinggy. It’s a total cheat. There’s a lot of cheat for the voting in America.

Haha, I think they are just referencing what’s been happening in Ohio lately. I love the Simpsons, and I can’t wait to see the rest of the episode!

I live in Ohio and that is exactly what it felt like in the 2004 election. I (and many other people in COlumbus, OH) had to wait 2-3 hours just to vote and it was rainy and miserable outside. SO by the time I was done voting, i was freezing, wet and miserable….oh and then Bush won….
I voted early this year! Obama for Prez!

It’s a good thing that didn’t happen when I voted yesterday.

  12. JD says:

Yeah…. Except this will never happen with all the voter registration fraud by Acorn as well as the voter fraud that is already happening in Ohio and being completely overlooked by DEMOCRAT officials in the state and federal government!

  13. Katie says:

    Guys….
LIGHTEN UP! Its the Simpsons- holy christ.

  14. TJ says:

Unfortunately it would seem that people have completely lost the ability to LAUGH at shyt.

That was funny and extremely frightening at the same time. I’m from VA and after hearing what’s happened in FL AGAIN, it definitely could happen. I don’t doubt anything people will do anymore. Just remember what happened 4 years ago.

  17. WOW.... says:

I am so stoked to watch this!

Ugh. Too scary to be funny.
Obama could be leading in the polls by 30 points, but I’m holding my breath until the day of…

JD—I suggest you look at the article “Block the vote” http://www.rollingstone.com/po.....k_the_vote
Acorn’s gotten underfire with fake names registered (which won’t sway an election since fake names can’t vote) but Republicans have purged voters off rolls, voters who typically vote Democrat.
