Cate Blanchett Does British ‘Marie Claire’ Magazine
Here are a few photos from a photoshoot that Academy Award-winning actress and all around BEAUTY Cate Blanchett did for British Marie Claire magazine earlier this summer. Altho the photos aren’t new, it is the first time that I have seen them and because of their stark simplicity, I felt it incumbent to share:
I mean holy cheekbones, y’all. Cate Blanchett is just the serious hotness. You’d be hard-pressed to find an unattractive photo of Cate, I think. Not only is she an amazing actress (I just re-watched Notes on a Scandal last week and was reminded how amazing she was in that film) but she is also, I think, one of those flawlessly beautiful women that you don’t see very much of in Hollywood. She is deffo one of my faves and I love posting photos of this lovely lady.

She is seriously underrated. I love her in everything she does honestly. Though, ‘The Gift’ has to be my favorite. Outrageously talented and unconventionally G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. What’s not to love?

I think it’s a combination of not much fat in cheek and high cheek bones.
At my university, the anatomy professor told us that back in the day models and actresses would have the fat sucked out of their cheeks, so that they got that nice contour. Apparently there is a little fat pad that can be accessed from inside the mouth and they would have is surgically removed. Not that Miss Blanchett had that done as some people are naturally blessed with no much fat there. Just thought it was interesting….
