Cuz the world needs another celebrity wax statue

Carrie Underwood is the latest celeb to have her likeness made into a wax statue for display at Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum … unfortch for Carrie, tho, her statue was not made by the London branch of Madam Tussaud’s (which is known for their expertly flawless recreations) and was instead made by the folks at the Las Vegas, NV branch of the museum … which may explain by Carrie’s statue looks like it has Céline Dion’s face … EW!
Carrie was a good sport to show up for the unveiling of her wax likeness but if I were her, I’d sue. Carrie Underwood looks far prettier than her waxen doppelgänger … especially in these pics.

I don’t think they did a great job on Carrie’s wax statue. I agree she looks much better than that.

Yikes! They did a brutal job on this…Carrie is gorgeous and this looks like, well, Celine Dion! All they need to do is slap a different wig on her, stick an old guy next to her and you’d have a dead ringer for the French-Canadian diva herself. At least then they could give Ms.Carrie another shot, because this poor effort just doesn’t do her justice!
Being the perfectionist that she is, I’m sure Carrie doesn’t like it either. :-/

Daily Mail.com has an article showing the shoddy job the Madam Tussaud’s in NY has done with their wax figures. Jennifer Aniston looks like Laurie Linney and Beyonce looks like Vanessa Williams. Check them out, they’re funny!

Her statue looks just like Holly Hunter only with blond hair. If I were Carrie, I would have left the minute I saw it.
