‘Buffy’ Big Bads Reunite At The 2008 Eyegore Awards
Julie Benz, Tom Lenk and Clare Kramer were among the guests at Universal Studios last Friday night for the 2008 Eyegore Awards. The Eyegores celebrate the best in Horror films and this year helped kick off Universal Studios‘ Halloween Horror Nights. Here is a supercute pic of Tom (who played Andrew of the Evil Trio), Julie (who played vampire Darla) and Clare (who played Hell God Glory) from Buffy the Vampire Slayer on the red carpet together:
To kick off Universal Studios L.A.’s Halloween Horror Nights, press was invited to attend the sixth annual Eyegore Awards, where the best of horror movies gather together and recognize the hottest horror stars around. The event took place at 7:30 on October 3 at Universal Studios. The sixth annual Eyegore Awards was hosted by Corey Feldman (Lost Boys 2: The Tribe, Lost Boys, and the Friday the 13th films), a very wise choice for master of ceremonies. Past recipients of the Eyegore Awards include Patricia Arquette, Rob Zombie, and more.
Julie was on hand to accept an award for her contribution to horror films (she stars in Saw V and on Showtime’s amazing series Dexter, as y’all know) and Tom and Clare tagged along for the fun. I must admit, nothing warms my heart like a reunion of Buffyverse alums … and these alum chums are so the cutest ever! How amazing do they all look, y’all? Love it!!

Yea! Clare looks FANTASTIC… in my opinion, even better than when she played Glorificus!
It would only be better if Alyson Hannigan showed up with her hair dyed black! Evil Willow was fabulous!

yay trent! i can always count on you for my buffy fix! thanks for posting this, even though i’m sure a lot of people never watched buffy. although, i gotta say, andrew and glory were my least favorite “villains” ever, but that’s for another discussion.

I miss Buffy. This was just such a great classic show…guess I’ll just have to go home and watch some episodes this afternoon!

This was the best show ever. I have each season on DVD and i watch it all the time. i love this show. and they all look good although it technically isnt a reunion if all the villians arent there. they’re missing the master, angelus, drusilla, old spike lol, mayor adam, and warren. also many more. but yea they look good

Oh they all look gorgeous! The girls especially both look beautiful. I love seeing Buffy people around. Julie has been great in Dexter.

Oh I do miss Buffy! :( Though I must admit I caught an episode of it months ago and it just didn’t feel the same like when I used to religiously follow it up during my Buffy-craze-days. I used to HATE Darla, she and Dru just annoyed me to death. But seeing Julie Benz play Rita in Dexter just made me love her! I guess she wasn’t exactly supposed to be loved in Buffy anyway :P. The “Evil Trio” Lol! Just reminded me of one of the funny things Andrew did/said: “Get outta my braaaaaaaaaaaaaiiin!”
