Yesterday we saw a few cute pics of bikini-clad Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson enjoying the sun and surf down in Mexico as the ladies tried to rest and relax on holiday. Today we have a couple new photos of the dynamic duo which show that L. Ron are really up for having a good time while they are on vacay:

Lindsay Lohan is clearly up for some fun as she enjoyed the second day of her romantic beach break with girlfriend Samantha Ronson. The actress chilled on the beach with a big box of Scrabble in anticipation of a competitive bout with Samantha. The love-struck couple were spotted working on their tans during a romantic break in Mexico where they are spending some time out from their usually hectic Los Angeles lifestyles. They relaxed and lounged around on an idyllic paradise beach, which came complete with beds shaded by thatched palms surrounded by rocks and cacti. The girls then showed off their word skills by playing a game of Scrabble. While 22-year-old Lohan opted for more boyish dark-coloured bikinis, her revealing collection of swimsuits showed off her comparatively tanned complexion next to her more pasty-white girlfriend Ronson. Perhaps escaping to a beach and taking dips in the clear seas was just what the pair needed to recoup from their hectic lifestyles. Following mounting speculation about their relationship, actress Lohan and Ronson finally came clean earlier this month and admitted they were a couple to an American radio DJ.

Awww … Scrabble … how cute is that? So lemme get this straight — Britney Spears spent part of her day touring a junior high school and hanging out with kids and Lindsay Lohan, who appears to have settled down with one person, spent part of her vacation playing Scrabble on the beach with her girlfriend … and these are the girls who were causing a ruckus all over Hollywood for the past couple of years getting arrested (Lindsay) and/or suffering mental breakdowns (Britney) resulting in commitment into rehab (Linds) and mental wards (Brit)? I mean … what has the world come to when the craziest thing that the infamous Hollywood “It” Girls get caught doing is playing Scrabble on the beach??? Has the whole world lost its head?

Here are a few pics of Hills minor character, soon-to-be The City major character Whitney Port enjoying an afternoon of shopping at K-Star in the SoHo district of NYC this week with a female friend. While I’m sure that cutting edge fashions were on their shopping list, I wouldn’t be surprised if the ladies were also shopping around for interesting plots to interject into Whitney’s reality TV progam, which is currently being filmed around NYC:

Earlier today, we saw pics of Britney Spears’s same day shopping trip to SoHo but I doubt that Whitney’s presence in the area caused much of a sensation all on its own. It was just Whitney and her friend, walking along, shopping here and there, filming a television program just like any other person in the city — now that’s what I call reality.

Nicole Kidman has made her way to London, England and she brought along her newborn baby girl Sunday Rose along with her. After emerging from a London area hospital (reason: unknown), Nicole planted a gentle kiss on her daughter’s little head and inadvertently gave us our first clear look at the little doll (unlike those grainy pics from OZ back in August) since her birth back in July … behold:

She’s so precious … and so big already. It’s nice that Nicole has decided it’s time to let her baby enjoy the sun on her face rather than having to be carried around in baby sacks ;) It’s very nice to meet you Sunday Rose, we’ve been waiting a long time to see how pretty you are.

Heather Locklear may have gotten herself arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence this past Sunday morning but that ain’t slowing down her bizzy work schedule. Heather was spotted at a lunch meeting with her real estate agent at an LA cafe yesterday afternoon one day after she was arrested in the Santa Barbara, CA area for alleged DUI. Interestingly enough, the woman who called 911 on Heather and reported that she was “driving drunk” turned out to be none other than former US Weekly editor Jill Ishkanian … curious, no? Here’s a pic of Heather at her lunch meeting yesterday and the curious deets of Ishkanian’s involvement in her weekend arrest:

The woman who called 911 on Heather Locklear is a former Us Weekly staffer who was under investigation by the FBI — and she’s the one who tipped off the paparazzi! Jill Ishkanian, who allegedly hacked into Us Weekly’s computer system to locate celebs after she left the mag, was following Locklear in the Montecito area. Ishkanian watched the actress go to a market. When Heather got in her car, Ishkanian called 911, even though the car wasn’t even moving at the time … sources say immediately after Ishkanian called 911, she called a paparazzi agency to give them the heads up Heather was about to be popped … Ishkanian apparently is the only witness who says Locklear was driving erratically and that she was drunk, even though it’s already established she was not under the influence of alcohol.

Shady, shady. Something tells me that absolutely nothing is gonna stick to Heather Locklear from this arrest … the fact that the only witness to her crime is a former tabloid magazine staffer who was stalking her and then alerted the paparazzi to photographer her arrest seems to point to a situation where all charges may be dropped. It looks like Heather may have gotten lucky on this one … hopefully she’s learned her lesson and will stay squeaky clean from here on out.

Earlier today we saw some very pretty pictures from Britney Spears’s NYC activities from yesterday but get yourselves ready for a whole lotta hotness from our dear Britney. Here are a few pics of an absolutely stunning Britney Spears as she surprised a group of children at John Philip Sousa Junior High School #142 in the Bronx, NY earlier today. Sure these young’s prolly had no idea who she was (after all, she has been out of the kiddie market for some time now) but I’m sure they were very happy that she decided to pay them a visit nonetheless:

I have to send out all my Birthday Lurve to my dear friend Tracey who is celebrating another year of life today. I know that many of you are very familiar with my beautiful goddaughter Zakiya so I’m sure y’all will join me in wishing her mother a very Happy Birthday today:

Because I can’t be home in Detroit to tell her in person today (and because I always forget to mail out bday cards), I wanted to take this opportunity to send my birthday wishes to her in this way. Tracey has given me the priceless gift of her daughter Zakiya and there is no way I can ever repay her … so I hope that this birthday shout-out can at least bring a smile to her face today. I know that Tracey has been working very hard lately and I’m sure she’s been overwhelmed with so much … it is my sincere wish that she can take a moment to enjoy her birthday today and know that I am thinking of her on her special day. Happy Birthday, Trace … I <3 YOU :)

Not much going on on the personal front, spent most of yesterday trying to catch up on my TV shows and with my reading. It's been really hot here in SoCal this week ... I'm gonna try and stay cool. I understand today is the last day of our heatwave before things cool down for the weekend ... which is good cuz my friend Michael and I are headed to Anaheim on Sat/Sun to enjoy some of that Halloween Time fun at Disneyland. It’s also Gay Days but SHHH! don’t tell Miley Cyrus who will be celebrating her birthday at Disney this weekend, too.
