Here are a few pics of besties Vicki B. and designer Marc Jacobs making their way to B. Bar Grill Cafe after they dined together at the Waverly Inn in NYC last night. Clearly, VB was still very happy to show off her newly unveiled pixie haircut and Marc was all about his new purple skirt:
Pink reader James emailed me last night that he ran into VB as she made her grand arrival at B. Bar last night with her “gaggle of gays” tho I’m not sure if that included Marc Jacobs or not. In any event, it’s clear that VB and MJ have been spending quite a lot of time together. Don’t they make a supercute couple, these two? I think it’d be totally fetch if they dumped their respective husbands and ran away together … then David Beckham would be free and single. I’m just thinking out loud here … pay me no mind. I think I’ve decided that I like VB‘s haircut. I’m not really all about men in skirts. You?

What is it with men and skirts these days? Leigh, a finalist on Project Runway Australia also has skirts or kilts in his final collection. I honestly don’t think it’s a good look at all. And if I remember correctly Axel Rose tried to get this fad happening years ago and it just never took off. Gee, wonder why? lol

I really don’t have much to say about the skirt. It’s a nice skirt, but doesn’t go with the shirt. But what are those swathes of leather he’s wrapped around his feet??! Why are men’s sandals so damn fugly! LOL.
I’m really loving VB’s pixie do, though. I’ve being toying with cutting mine again for a while, and seeing her’s is making me really wanna do it.
PS – I also love how they’re both rocking the same amount of cleavage. Do you think they got dressed together?

I saw a guy in one of those kilts in a Gap a few weeks ago and barely restrained myself from pointing a laughing. They’re ridiculous.

I adore Vicki B’s hair, but I am NOT a fan of MJ skirt. Earlier in the year I came across a few MJ ads, all of which had men in dresses and skirts… It was a bit strange and I was not a fan of it then nor am I a fan of it now.

It’s odd how MJ went from thequirky nerdy guy to this tan, toned hottie. I get the sense of pretentiousness from him.
I always found that VB was an odd choice for a model considering he’s had Meg White, Dakota Fanning and MIA in his ads.
I hope they’re not going to start selling skirts in the male section of Urban Outfitters. Dear God.
