Shannen Doherty Does ‘The Late Show’
Bet she never thought Letterman would come calling again
Shannen Doherty paid a visit to The Late Show with David Letterman last night in order to do some promo work for her new show 90210. It was, apparently, Shannen‘s first visit to the show since 1996. Here are a few pics of Shannen making her way out of the CBS Studios to post for pics and sign a few autographs for her adoring fans:
On the actual show itself, Shannen wore a completely different outfit (tho, I think I prefer this one) … and she managed to pull off a very charming interview, I thought. She talks about, among other things, her Catholic-inspired tattoo, the trials and tribulations of living in Malibu, CA and, of course, 90210. I still think it’s weird seeing so much of Shannen Doherty again … I mean, I did enjoy her on Charmed for many years after she left Beverly Hills, 90210 but even that show has been off the air for a few years now (and Shannen left Charmed a few years before the show ended). I say, one can never have too much Shannen Doherty … Wee!

I LOVE HER!! I think she is awesome. She is totally cute. I really hope she gets her own show from this and it becomes a huge hit (of course it would) and then she can laugh at all those old school 90210 kids!! GO SHANNEN!!

I literally haven’t seen here since 90210 and then this weird lifetime movie she did… was that her? I’m not sure but I think so. Anyway, that dress isn’t the most flattering- something more structured would do. Also, I think she should have worn her hair up or maybe a more flattering do. Abstractly she kind of looks like a glittery sea-hag.
She is FABULOUS!! Those other girls are just jealous of her enigmatic greatness!

So she looks better, not as bloated as on the premiere of 90210, but there is still something about her mouth that bothers me, I really can’t shake it!

Is it just me or does she look like she’s had work done? Every time I see a picture of her lately her face (esp. her eyes) looks tight and just not quite right. Am I alone on this??
That dress does nothing for her.
I always loved Brenda on 90210 and it wasn’t the same when she left. She belonged with Dylan!
And I’m old enough to remember when she on that old show “Our House” or something like that.
She still looks great.

There are a lot of Shannen-haters out there…. not really sure why people have such a chip on their shoulder about her.
I’ve met her a few times… she’s SUPER nice and has a fantastic sense of humour!
