It seems like the building they want to use to house the contestants (the EVO building that is also being featured on the show "Hardhats" on the National Geographic channel) just isn't done being built yet. The producers were scrambling to find another building, but doesn't look like they did. Not making sure the building you want to film in is done being built: big oops.
