I agree with LadyVA, I feel for the family Of John Graziano and what they must be going though, but everyone involved is an adult. You need to take some responsibility and it is sad but John’s fate was what it is. So as far as Nick getting out of jail early I dont see a promblem with it if it is stranderd procedure for all inmates. I just pray Nick learned from his mistakes and will stay on the track next time with no passengers.
I race and I understand the feeling you get when you can fly, but be responsible and stay on the track Nick.

Yeah, and prison over crowding is the reason we need to chill out on the outrageous drug laws. Stop locking people up for distributing a little harmless green. Save jail time for the real criminals.

Unfortunately, our prisons are very overcrowded and we need space for the serious criminals. I would rather see Nick Hogan walking the streets than a violent rapist. After all, what Nick Hogan did was an accident and the only other person that was hurt was someone that was using poor judgement. I have a hard time viewing either party as a victim. They made the choice to drink and to use excessive speed.

It’s called over crowding is the reason people get let out on good behavior. I knwo it’s AWEFUL what happened to his friedn and o the other person’s friend that comented. but it’s not like they are letting a serial killer out.When you have so many people in the jails they need to make room for more serious offenders.

It’s not justice – there’s a similar situation going on in Chicagoland right now – a suicidal woman who was doing 90mph on a city street caused a horrific accident, killing three people a few years ago, including a college pal of mine, and she’s going to walk next week. All she got was a broken ankle and an early release for good behavior.

How much he’s learned from this experience has yet to be seen. Do I sense a repeat offender?
