God, it breaks my heart to see how much she looks like her dad. Sometimes I still can’t believe he’s gone. I know whatever happens she’ll be well taken care of though. Michelle seems to have a good head on her shoulders.

A lot of insurance policies (probably 80% at least) have a 2 year suicide clause that states if you commit suicide within 2 years of purchasing the policy they don’t have to pay out the insurance. They don’t hide it in the fine print either – people are made aware of the fact when they purchase the policy. There really is no benefit for an insurance company to not pay out a claim – and to try and weasel out of paying a benefit would only tranish their image and create bad press, especially in a high profile case like this. Think about the billions of dollars insurance companies make on premiums – even if this coverage was only in force for 6 months, think about how much money he paid to have that much insurance – alot. They wouldn’t lose money paying this claim. They’re not always out to screw people.

What a little angel – I love this age! – so wide eyed and innocent. Whilst I hate insurance companies – I don’t think this death was investigated as it should have been. With Mary Kate Olsen being called and the bodyguards – I can’t shake the feeling that something was being hidden. The fact they were not at least interviewed by police bothers me.
