Here are a couple of really cute pics of Gavin Rossdale chillin’ with his eldest son Kingston James McGregor here in SoCal yesterday afternoon. While Gavin was sittin’ back, little Kingston was playing his little heart out on the drums with one of his friends:

Even tho we’ve yet to get our first look at Gwen Stefani and Gavin‘s newborn son Zuma Nesta Rock, I am quite content seeing all the new cute pics of Gavin and Kingston all over SoCal these days. It’s interesting that Gav and Kingston are spending so much alone time together, away from the new baby. Perhaps Gavin is really trying to reinforce the bonding process with his eldest son so that he doesn’t feel left out from all the attention that the baby might be getting at home. Whatever the reason, I think that Gavin and Kingston make an awesome duo … clearly the musical skillz run in the family.
