The kid is most likely Dylan's, because that's who Kelly finally came to her senses and ended up with. She and Steve hadn't been a couple since like 1990, and Brandon is such a tool, I really can't see it being him. Plus, as others said, I doubt the writers would break up the Steve/Janet marriage. They were really good together. Also, non-blonde people have blonde kids all the time! Neither of my parents has blonde hair, but my sister and I both do. I love me some Ian, but I love Luke more.
