Look at the way the Thug-cop has Heathers wrist.
Its wrenched up in an unatural position that must have hurt like hell. Its a good way to provoke the victim err suspect into “resisting”

Heather’s lookin a hot mess, good lord! I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for the cops to be taking a cell phone picture of ANYONE getting arrested, esp a celeb. If I was her, I’d sue the crap out of LAPD! Or atleast use it to get my charge dismissed.
