‘Do You Believe In Fairy Tales?’
Paris Hilton is at it again … here is the first promo ad for her 5th, that’s right 5th, celebrity fragrance called Fairy Dust. Now, I dunno why any one person needs to have 5 smells on the market but … here you have it, Fairy Dust by Paris Hilton:
Paris Hilton’s fifth addition to her fragrance empire, Fairy Dust, won’t be hitting stores until the middle of next month, but the reality star is giving PEOPLE an exclusive first look at the new images from her print campaign. The ads for the pink peony, orange blossom, gardenia and vanilla creme scent feature a winged, wand-wielding Paris playing a real-life fairy, and ask, “Do you believe in fairy tales?”
Not that I’ve actually smelled any of them but of Paris’s now numerous smells, I quite like the ad campaign for this one. I must admit, I do vastly prefer the promo ad campaign for Britney Spears’s fragrance Fantasy (which looks similar to this ad campaign), I think this is a good way for Paris to go. That Can Can thing she tried with her last fragrance didn’t do it for me. Still … can Paris Hilton pull off the innocent fairy thing? Does this ad campaign resonate with any of y’all?

Erica…I LOVE HER!!! So I do! With that said I totally laughed out loud at this picture. It is a little ridic!! SO FUNNY!!! I love you Paris, regardless of what you smell like!!!

I cant wait for my store to get the fragrance… Paris hiltons line is soo good… Its a top seller at the store that i work at…. So more money for me, lol…. ANd the ad is amazing… Im sure we will have have poster in our front windows soon… We don’t really sell any of the many frangrances that britney has…. She has alot too… Actually since ive started with the company ive only sold two…

I like Paris Hilton, but she doesn’t look very good in this ad campaign. It’s a bit unfortunate.
But I wonder how it smells. :P

i give this girl credit…. she makes a good fragrance. i wasnt a fan of her first one but the others are really good.

Couldn’t they have ‘tidied up’ the photo with the magical airbrush machine? Her knees look knobby and she’s sporting a ribcage for heavens sake. She looks like an starving fairy, and that is NOT a good thing, not by a long shot. (by the by, I never have and I never shall purchase any celeb perfume. Regardless of who’s perfume it is, I simply won’t buy it.)

I think it makes sense for her…she’s slender like a pixie and she has always liked the character Tinker Bell. I think the ad looks MUCH better than Christina’s last fragrance!

She’s a disgusting person, plain and simple. Do I know her personally?No, of course not. But everything we see in the media on her makes her look like sh*t. That new show about a BFF on MTV? LAME! She can’t find any true friends so she has to have a show to find one…and there was a preview on and I watched a tiny bit, unfortunately. She was disgusting as usual and laughing while people were blindfolded proclaiming their love for someone who is fake, plastic, and not even pretty-Paris! I don’t hate her. I think it’s sad how her parents probably raised her. At least Nicky is a little bit classy. Paris should be looking at someone like Paul Newman and think about actually making a difference in the world as opposed to what she does, which is get paid for doing nothing. It makes me even sicker that gays and young girls love her because they think she is rich and fabulous. I’m not jealous of her either–but if I had the money she did, I’d try to make more of a difference in the world instead of a nation wide search to find a new best friend. Pathetic.

I’ll give her that she’s been marketing herself well, but I’m still not fond of her. Something about her just rubs me the wrong way. But she seems to have grown up a LOT since she’s been dating Benji Madden. So good for her, maybe she’ll be able to get the majority of people to forget about what a moron she used to be.

I’m developing a strange affection for Paris Hilton, don’t know why – I used to loathe her! But she’s grown on me. She seems to actually put effort into her products – unlike some others. Clearly she doesn’t need the money …

Fairy Dust = Cocaine slang! Wake up you all sleepy heads! The name is distasteful but if she threw in fairy tale then it makes sense but I bet people will mock her about that.
